1st time pool owner from new home purchase. Bit daunting learning the ropes and all the “stuff” you need or might need or.... I needed a vacuum hose, filter cleaner, chlorine, water tester etc for starters. Worried I’d be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. They were very nice and knowledgeable on the phone. Took time to answer my questions and helped me with what I needed to get started. Can’t beat prices and your order ready in half hour. Now I can concentrate on “learning my pool”. Will be bringing water in to be tested their for sure.

I cannot speak highly enough of the assistance, friendliness, and professionalism of the employees at The Pool Lady. They take their time, are extremely helpful, and have helped walked me through any questions I have. I won’t go anywhere else for anything from chlorine to equipment and supplies!

We purchased a home that had a very neglected pool, including a thick layer of black algae along the bottom. After doing the best I could on my own, I called in the Pool Lady team that had been recommended highly to me.They came in with their own equipment/chemicals and handled everything. They also took the time to educate me along the way, which I greatly appreciated, and is a testament to their dedication to their clients. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.
