I used the service to get photocopies of various sizes of degrees, house deeds, maps. The person working there was very professional, kind and patient with all my paperwork which was on different piles. He did a perfect job of making copies and keeping all the piles aligned properly.Thanks

Photos were not taken as per provided specifications. It happened twice . I had pictures taken at the passport office again spending double the amount. Will never go back

I delivered documents using the FedEx Express shipping offered at this location. The document which I delivered was of a confidential nature, and from the writing on the envelope, the confidentiality should have been obvious. However the owner was too ignorant to make note of this. He questioned me about the document, expecting me to disclose private and confidential information with him. This line of questioning was ignorant, unprofessional, and simply none of his business. In addition, I asked him repeatedly if I could obtain a signed copy of the delivery confirmation once it was available to FedEx. He assured me that all I had to do was call him a few days after the delivery date. When I followed up by phone he spoke rudely and dismissively about my request for a signed confirmation. He insisted that I email him my tracking number, and when I did this, he failed to respond to my email. I was forced to obtain the delivery confirmation directly from the FedEx office, which required a fax machine. Use either a different FedEx location for delivery services, or the UPS store on the other side in the adjacent plaza. The owner needs to understand that trust is indispensable to business success.
