I don't know about the past of this company and its reputation in construction of business / commercial buildings, but when it comes to residential buildings, they are a huge failure! Terrible quality finishings, tiles poorly sealed, water leaks, low quality home appliances. And when, for instance, the poorly sealed tiles cause water infiltration and damage, and we reach them, they say it was due to wear and tear"...seriously

Really nice atmosphere if you have a chance to get a job there do not hesitate the pay is great that people are awesome you can't go wrong

This company is probably the worst developer I’ve ever been involved with. They built 720 Saint Jacques, Montreal. This building has windows falling out of it and it’s been all over the mainstream media. The speed elevators they put in don’t work half the time. I’ve been both stuck on my floor for hours missing work or even been I have been stuck in the basement for hours with no cell service. This is a huge safety issue. They sold the fitness room as going to be a state of the art gym. It’s has 3 benches and some nonsense non commercial cardio equipment that will not last. Their workers walk into my unit I already occupy as they wish. And due to all of this I’m already looking at moving as this will go on forever. At 700 saint Jacques it took them over a year to open the amenities. AVOID any of their developments
