I went to get a style (using a coupon that was given) & it was amazing. I booked another one & was overcharged $20. Was told over the phone & in person during my first visit that it would be $50 & ended up being charged $70.When I asked the woman, she said it was too long to do in terms of time (not my fault). My hair was short - above my shoulders. This salon needs to clarify & honour prices in order to show value for clients. I called months later because the manager did not get back to me, though was told again the manager call me back. Still waiting for that call back.

I had the best cut here. Even after 8 months it still looks really good. I live in the US and usually visit my family more frequently but I couldn't this year. I've been holding out until I could go back.

I went to Modele today to do a shellac manicure, Victoria spent about an hour on me and I liked her services. The salon also has a hair salon so I am likely to return back to and get my hair done.

Loved it! I got a Hair Botox Treatment and Haircut at this beautiful salon! Really impressed and happy with the results! The whole place was super clean! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they were able to answer all my questions over the phone and during the appointment. Highly recommend!

I am in love with this place. I have been doing few services at this place: blonde highlights for my hair , hair style and blow dry , eyelashes and hair extensions. Love my blonde hair, looks amazing and healthy.Very professional and clean salon with affordable prices. Will keep coming back. Highly recommend!!

Very bad experience. Me and my friend baught full body laser hair removal package, we did 10 sessions, no result at all, plus our hair grown more thick and darker then before, as we paid on cash they denied to give us recipt and i looes around 1500$ with more hair on my face and body. And they agreed for unlimited sessions untill hair removes completely but after 10 sessions they told that they didn’t promise for that. And we looes all money.

Elena is fantastic! She is an absolute professional. No rush, great style and you feel you've been taking care of 100%. I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many, many years. Elena is truly amazing! This is one of those hairdressers that even if I need to move in the city, I still go to her. She is very knowledgeable about her work, knows all the intricacies and secrets of a great haircut and maintenance. She also has a very warm personality that makes my day every time I go.
