Oeil Vision

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such warm smiles from both the receptionist and the owner. They took the time to really listen to all of my questions and explain everything to me. Unlike other stores, they didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything. They actually made me feel reassured and very comfortable. I love how they always make time to take care of all my needs and how kind they are with all their customers! If you're ever looking for a pair of glasses, this is definitely the place to go to! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

The staff that day were rude and not helpful. I dont know if its because they had a bad day or just dont want to provide the customer service I have gotten at my other store. I wanted to support this store/clinic because its new but havent gone back. I had specifically asked if they would be able to help me with my request on the phone and before appointment but then they didnt want to help. I went this year to another place which is much better. I guess location works for many people but I prefer to support businesses that make the effort to make customers happy.

Dr Shelton and the staff are the most professional and friendly people that I've ever dealt with. I recommend this clinic 100%.

Dr. Hany Abdou impressed me during my emergency visit with his meticulous and patient examination of my eyes. I’m grateful for his accurate diagnosis and would confidently choose him for future eye examinations. The rest of the clinic staff were also kind and helpful, making the overall experience exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Abdou and his team for expert eye care.

The experience overall was good, and the doctor examining me was great. However, what I really wanted was a contact lenses prescription, I asked about it twice, and both employees told me it's ok and that I need to ask the doctor. In the end I didn't get an exam and prescription for contacts (only for correction glasses) as apparently I need to come back for such an exam after 3 months. This info came from the person whom I asked earlier and have said it's ok.I just feel misinformed on purpose, too bad, as otherwise it was a good experience.

I had a wonderful experience getting my prescription and ordering my glasses here. The staff is super patient and helpful. I love their selection of glasses. I have very high myopia and a small face so getting appropriate frames isn't easy. Jonathan helped the process run smoothly and I'm super happy with my new glasses!

I like to support stores that are not big chains. I had purchased glasses at Oeil Vision about 18 months ago, and was satisfied with the experience. Then a couple of weeks ago I needed another pair of glasses recently due to a change in my vision. The doctor who examined my eyes was very professional and helpful. However the customer service after the exam could be improved. There was no concern by the staff about keeping customers waiting while the staff chatted with friends who dropped by. This happened all 3 times that I visited; first to speak with the optician and pay, then when I brought in my glasses, and then finally when I picked up the completed glasses. All 3 times I had an appointment, and all 3 times, I had to wait between 25 and 30 minutes. Quite disappointed overall in the disorganization during my visits and the almost arrogant attitude of the opticians.

Wonderful experience!Jonathan and Noa are very knowledgeable and helpful, they guide you in a professional manner and they make pertinent recommendations.I was very indecisive when it came to choosing the frame for my glasses. They both gave me great advice and were very patient with me.The clinic offers a collection of frames that is great, diverse and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service is 100%!I will definitely come back!
