I am soooo happy!! I had a Samsung Galaxy A8. The screen was all cracked. I was out of storage and I had software issues as well. I had 20 months left in my contract and these good folks at Telus across from Safeway were able to get me a new phone with little trouble. They made the process so simple and fixed all my problems. You have to stop by this location. I have never had such great service. Highly recommend them!

Very pleasant people to work with. Extremely knowledgeable. Had an issue with my email on my Samsung Galaxy S7 which they rectified in no time at all. I got them to take a look at my Telus Mobility Account and they made a few changes which lowered my bill by $15 per month. Their location in the Cornerstone mall in Fort Saskatchewan is really easy to find and convenient. I recommend this store for any Tech issues. They have the answers in my experience! Thanks a lot!

I am so amazed. I have a really old plan that is awesome for me. I called in and was told I had to change my plan. Went in to Telus Cornerstone Mall and they worked their magic and I walked out of the store with a new phone and kept my plan. Very appreciative of the extra efforts by this store. The owner was crucial in getting this done for me. Thanks a lot!

Very poor experience at this Telus authorized dealer. Bought a Samsung s20 plus and iPhone 11 Pro Max from them but the Samsung was experiencing Bluetooth issues so wanted to return it for another iPhone. Called Telus and this store explaining my issue both agreed to take it back as there is a 30 day “money back guarantee” and this was a faulty phone that was 3 days old. Store refused to take the phone back because of a small mark on the screen. The phone was faulty and 3 days old not to sure what a mark on the screen had to do with it. Telus explained to them they authorized it. Telus asked me if there was another local store close to me which there was. Took the phone there. They took it back even though they didn’t sell it to me and helped me buy another iPhone pro max. Would highly suggest visiting the other Telus location in Fort Saskatchewan over this one.

Excellent service received at this Location in Cornerstone Mall. Best Telus store in the area. I just wanted a flip phone and they gave me exactly what I wanted without being hassled for something else. The whole activation process was quick and efficient! Cambridge Electronics is my store of choice. Thank you!

Great customer service. I travel a lot for work so having a working phone is critical. All the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The owner Dan made sure I was taken care of and even personally helped test my phone to make sure I was up and running again. Service was above and beyond. A big thumbs up from me. I will be recommending this small town dealer to all my friends and family. Again huge thanks to Dan and his team. :)

Dan fixed the problem with my sister’s phone as quickly as he possibly could, whilst looking after 2 other clients. (Short staffed). He and his wife were so pleasant to do business with. Dan was very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go there for future phone needs.
