It was a great learning experience. I felt so happy and satisfied when I completed my online modules and the in-class portion with incredible instructor Sajeev, it was engaging, and educational.I would highly recommend to everyone.

The blended/online course was great! It was really nice to complete the online modules at my own pace and review them as needed. The classroom portion was relaxed but very informative. Tyler was a great instructor. When it is time, I will come back to save a life for recertification.

Had a great experience with my CPR level C course taught by Sanjeev on Saturday. He went above and beyond to make sure we were engaged in a fun environment. For the first time in last 10 years, I was engaged till the end of First Aid Class. Would definitely go back again next time.

All the staff I was in contact with from Save-A-Life were professional, quick to respond and provided me with up to date information. For bookings made before classes were possible due to covid they did a great job at keeping their customers informed and keeping safety first.

I took the first aid & AED training through this company, as well as a course on how to recognize and react to opioid overdose.The course was meticulous and contained a large amount of incredibly useful information.The instructor was professional and very well informed, as well as highly prepared for all portions of the class.If you need to get CPR certified, or if you just need a refresh on your current skills, I highly recommend this course and this company in general.A well earned 10 out of 10.

I was registered for a CPR class on a Monday, and was sent an email Saturday morning that the training class was moved from Waterloo to Cambridge. It was hard to get a hold of the company by phone and email all throughout the weekend to pick a different class that was actually in Waterloo like I specified.When I eventually went to the course, the instructor, Tahira, was irritating and rude. She did not use slides, and just talked at us the entire class, clapping her hands and raising her voice often. She even grabbed one of the other students by the shoulders to pull her away from her CPR mannequin. Everybody in the class was looking around the entire day in disbelief at her teaching style.

Above and beyond learning experience! From the online modules to the in-class portion with incredible instructor Waqar, it was engaging, and educational. Fantastic work to Waqar, Joanne, and everyone at Save-A-Life First Aid & CPR and Red Cross! This is the first time I left a CPR training feeling prepared for real emergency situations. My wife and I did the blended option for Standard First Aid and CPR level C. The online website was informative and a good review. We enjoyed our in-class portion as well - Tyler did a fantastic job mixing in seatwork with physical practice. I will definitely be booking our recertification with Red Cross is the future
