One Plant Cannabis Dispensary - St. Catharines

I've been coming here since the doors opened and overall I've had pleasant experiences, however when I went in this morning(05/01/2023) shortly after open I was faced with some of the worst, most unprofessional customer experience I've seen in any of these types of stores.Walked in to a short line of customers with three employees behind the counter. Two of which were politely and helpfully attending to their customers while the third dressed all in black with a black hat pulled down over their face leaned against the back counter and browsed on their phone the entire time I was in line and in the store. Never looked up to great anyone, never even made a move to try and help. I don't know the circumstances at play here but I do know I've been in customer service for over 20 years and this is not it. I suggest management make sure their employees understand what is considered professional.

The store is beautifully laid out. The staff is super friendly, and gave me 10% off my entire order after signing up for free membership. I am surely going to be back.

First time at your St. Catherine’s store and had the pleasure of being served by Brayden. His knowledge and customer service skills were outstanding!! Love, love, love his energy. He is a real gem. I will be back for sure.

Today, May 18th, was my first time going to the store. It was so nice and clean and everyone was so nice and informative! Brett and Liam were very kind and helped set my partner and I up at the tablets to look through their inventory and gave great advice and recommendations. Cassidy cashed us out and was so kind. It was truly so nice seeing the team effort and kindness they put in to helping us!

Staff is kind, but they are almost always out of stock, so they try very hard to push what they have, and that's annoying. Also, this is not a one time thing, I've been going there for 6 months. They never have their biggest special announced. Do with this info what you like, I'm out.

Caleb explained things to me in detail and I feel confident with my purchase. Good dude. Knows his stuff. Good customer service. Place is clean, staff are always super friendly. Love coming here

Great store! Michelle was fantastic. Super friendly and knowledgeable about different products. She went over and above during my visit to find a specific product I was interested in. Very helpful picked up powdered donuts there but he was very un easy to sell me that 28 gram bag as it personally felt to dry to himself and myself. He recommended a few different strains in same price range. Have always had nothing but a great experience at one plant.
