The Yamaha upright grand was tuned and within three days a friend with an electronic tuner confirmed that the lowest E middle C Csharp Dsharp G sharp E above middle C and Efllat were NOT in tune as I thought! I called twice to complain and no one responded. Now their number is out of service!!! $165 wasted!

Wayne was a very knowledgeable and competent tuner/technician. He was a craftsman member of the Ontario Guild of Piano Technicians which has a very tough tuning test in order to gain craftsman status.
