I absolutely love Cassandra! I have only had WONDERFUL experiences at Crave - I do think Cassandra is one of my favourites though! She goes OVER and ABOVE to ensure that all of my treatments are meeting my needs and wants. I always leave feeling like I am getting more than what I have paid for. Thank you Cassandra! I have had the DMK Mask a few times now at Crave. It is my favourite treatment to get. I had Kendall today, she was very knowledgeable about the treatment , and we talked about my concerns. I was totally pleased with my treatment, and will be seeing her in the future.

I had Botox treatments with Elise yesterday and have already had great results. She didn't try to sell me on extra areas, talked through what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I liked her so much my mom made an appt to see her as well. Shondra also did my eyebrows THREE YEARS AGO and I will most likely need a touch up soon but I can't believe how well they've lasted. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Crave - all their staff members are amazing!

For starters, Crave Beauty + Wellness Lab is such a beautiful space that made me feel so at ease the moment I walked in. The staff are so friendly and has responded to my emails and questions quickly. This was my first medical spa experience and it was such a positive one! Kendall was kind and knowledgeable and made my first hydrafacial (and first facial in general!) extremely enjoyable. My skin feels really good and I am already noticing that my complexion is clearer. As someone who has a very hard time relaxing, I actually found myself falling asleep during the blue and red LED treatment as the environment was so calming and soothing. This was some much needed self-care and I am so happy that I chose Crave.

Very professional, incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect from laser removal and Kendall did a great job of thoroughly explaining the process and checking in throughout to make sure I was doing okay! Hardly felt a thing.

Crave is elegant yet cozy and Catheryn is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable; most importantly I am very pleased with the results I’ve had so far based on Catheryn’s recommendations. I love this clinic! Not only is the staff amazing and very qualified, but they truly take the time to evaluate your needs, ensure they’re giving you appropriate treatments and recommendations. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming!Elise is such a kind soul, she was very good at explaining the treatment process to the smallest detail, easy to talk with and offered suggestions. She makes you feel comfortable and excited about her treatments! Even post-treatment, she is absolutely amazing. She takes pride in all her work and clients! I highly recommended!
