I’m very impressed with dedicated roofing and exteriors service. I was anxious about having to replace my roof. Regis was very friendly and his quote was very competitive. What I enjoyed about the way he conducts business is there are no hidden costs, we had to cut in additional vents as some were shingled over from the previous installer and he had to replace plywood on the decking. This was all included in his original quote.The crew finished the job in one-day and they left my property much cleaner than it originally started. My old roof had numerous debris in the yard and on my front and back step, they took the time to clean that up as well as clean my gutters. This was very welcomed and I believe was above and beyond. This just shows the care they take with their customers. I would recommend using them if you're considering a roof replacement.

Very thorough inspection with photos included of repairs. Timely and expedient. Made the call, next day arrived to inspect. 3 days later team came out and finished that day. Very efficient and a pleasure to work with. Photos again upon completion. EXCELLENT SERVICE and a delight to work with!!! Rating 5 out of 5. If I could give a 6 out of 5 I would. They were beyond my expectations of excellent service.

These guys are very good at what they do. They came an gave a very competitive quote, and there is no hidden cost. The crew is very energetic, had a good system to remove the old material and installing new roof, while always keeping the work site protected and organized. They finished my job in two-half day sessions spanning 24 hrs, and when they were done with the first half to leave for the night, they cleaned up everything and started early morning the next day. I am very happy with the work and would recommend them.

Regis and his team will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, the job is done on time and within budget. They have great shingle upgrades and great warranty programs as well!High recommend using them for your roof or siding project.

It was truly a pleasure dealing with Regis at Dedicated Roofing for first of all, a long overdue shingle replacement and second - a redo of the gutters.Great value and extremely professional. Dedicated Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. They even did my garden shed. The process from Regis coming to my door to do my quote and to have the shingles delivered, to getting the new shingles on my roof was a quick turnaround time. His team did a great job with clean up. Dedicated Roofing did a complete removal and re-installation of the roof in my home in Aspen Woods (2,700 sq. ft two storey) on April 27, 2023. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Some highlights: Regis Bergeron (the owner) did the initial inspection himself and provided a report with photos the next day. Upon my request, he provided me with a couple of options at two different price points depending on what brand and grade of shingles I wanted. Once the quote was signed off the work commenced four business days later (once materials I selected had arrived) and the job was compete three days later. The crew were all very polite, professional and neat, and the site was cleaned up very well each day with a very thorough cleaning at the end of the job. The quoted price was exactly what I paid and I was very impressed by the attention to detail, workmanship and quality of materials. As another reviewer said, if I could give Dedicated Roofing a 6 star review I would. They were outstanding to deal with, and I recommend them highly.
