Visited Burlington this past weekend, and forgot my stash in the city. Called BudsSmoke Burlington asked if they delivered and it was after their cut off time. Brie was nice enough to come through after her shift. Brie even gave me her lighter when I realized mine was practically dead. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RELIABLE

Great customer service! Placed an order for delivery. One item I had chosen, the juicy jay peaches and cream papers. They were out of stock when the associate packed my order. So wrote a note on my receipt saying it was out of stock. In replacement gave me 1 pack of each other flared paper they carry. So amazing! Will definitely order from again
