Worst insurer I’ve ever had. Dental predetermination wasn’t even processed before I had the procedure done weeks after the pred was sent. Weeks to get refunds, require paper claims from dentists. I’ve had many insurers over the years. Many weren’t great but these guys are even worse by many times.

Individual employees are nice, but the process is archaic. They have only JUST starting to accept claim forms by email, but emails get lost, you EASILY wait over a month to hear back regarding a claim, and minor issues don't get a phone call - you have to wait for them to mail the statement back to you. They tout direct billing at pharmacies as this great new feature - IT'S 2022!!! My wife's Blue Cross benefits can almost ALWAYS be direct billed, or if not I submit the claim via an app and have money in my account within DAYS.

Horribly painful experience trying to claim anything. Why do I need a doctors note for everything. Why is only dental direct billing, might as well not even have benefits the way they make it so hard to use. How and who do I complain to about getting things done better and have a direct billing system for everything. Super disappointed in how this is run.

They lack diversity and they don’t treat anybody well. They’re liars and hard to deal with and the worst service I’ve ever experienced and I pity anybody who gets hired there .

If I could give negative stars I would. Most painful benefits" department in the entire world. Union spent a ton of money moving them into a massive new building yet they still can't even use enough technology or common sense to phone people when there is small discrepancies in their claims. They make it so incredibly painful to use your benefits

Overall terrible, really poor service, no one direct Bill's them because it's a pain. If some one does direct bill to them it takes around 2 weeksish to get back to the clinic to know what the remaining balance is. Emails get lost or go unanswered. Need a referral for everything. Takes 3-4 weeks the get reimbursed if paperwork is dropped off in person. No direct deposit. They're expensive and the service is terrible.

Technically their website was designed in a very old fashion. Minimal information and could not track records, upload claim form, or pull out info.While the stuff did an excellent job on providing customer service, either on site, via phone, or via email. They did a great job and well amended the weakness of an out-dated website. Thanks.
