It was a pleasure working with this staffing agency. I was in search of a new job for quite some time until I came across Robert Half and was contacted directly by Angela Greenman. Angela was very professional, so supportive and really helped me secure a great position! She always followed up to see how interviews went and she continues to check in to see how things are after I’ve secured a position as well. I had a good experience with a Robert Half and definitely recommend!

Did my interview for an entry-level AML position, got the job (unofficially), but my recruiter named Harneet Banga was unbelievably unprofessional that I chose not to accept it.She emailed me ~10PM on a Thursday night to schedule an interview the day after. Fine.She said she was going to call me at 10AM to prep, but called me at ~9AM & ~11AM TWICE cause she’s running late blah blah. Fine.After my interview on Friday, she said I’ll be hearing back on Monday. She calls me on the weekend like 5 times. I don’t answer bc of personal reasons + you told me I’d be hearing back on Monday (hello?)On Monday, she calls me again like 10 times beginning at 8AM. I was so turned off at this point, I was just like yeah withdraw my application. Mind you, she NEVER thought about just leaving a voicemail OR emailing despite having my info on hand.It’s a pity really, Robert Half seems like such a good agency but recruiters like this, who are obviously just trying to get the commission ruin it for everyone.

I had one of THE worst experiences with Robert Half, specifically Rishi Pattani. If you are looking for an accounting hire and are assigned Rishi, do not proceed. After retaining Robert Half for a role we were looking to hire, I was told we needed to offer higher than our budget in order to obtain our desired employee. We agreed to a number and started the hunt. Once we found the right candidate, I was told we needed to now surpass the amount agreed on to retain this person. Not a big issue but why was I being offered candidates that surpassed our already inflated agreed upon budget. Now the following is where Robert Half and Rishi Pattani were a complete let down. After a few month of training and paying Robert Halfs commission, we received a resignation letter from the employee stating, I dealt with many recruiters before

I recently visited Robert Half's office to apply for their services, but was informed that all applications had to be submitted online. While I appreciate the company's policy to ensure the accuracy and security of data, I was hoping to speak with a representative in person to receive further guidance on the application process.Upon reviewing Robert Half's online reviews, I noticed several comments indicating that individuals had received assistance from specific employees. As a potential applicant, I would appreciate more clarity on how the company operates and how to navigate the application process effectively.Overall, I believe that Robert Half's online application system may benefit from additional guidance and resources to make the process more user-friendly. I hope that the company will consider offering more support and assistance to potential applicants to ensure a positive experience for all.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert Half to explore career opportunities in the Administrative/EA field. I can specifically attest to Angela Greenman, who listened to my career goals and aspirations and helped match me to a role/company that best fit my background. She worked around the clock, through holidays and beyond business hours to ensure my interview process was seamless and positive. Although I did not take the presented offer (due to personal reasons), I can confidently say that Angela helped guide me along a nerving process and answered all questions that I had along the way. I have heard a lot about Robert Half and applied for executive assistant role but its been more than one month I did not get any e-mail by recruiter. When I tried to connect with them over call, they transfer my call to recruiter directly and she is not responding at all. I am trying to connect with recruiter Laurenace" from past few days she is not picking up the call

The last time I reviewed this agency I had the hopes they would change and do better, it is unfortunate that they still have not improved on anything. I called and asked to speak to a lady I had spoken to and was told to leave a message and she would get back to me. Its been 5 months now and no one has responded to any of my calls, emails or voicemails. I had high hope with this agency but I don't know anymore - One of the managers even said I should call once I arrive in Toronto from Calgary but when I did reach out it was a different experience - they are quick to send job postings giving you the impression that they are willing to help but then leave you high and dry. I hope this agency improves the way it handles applicants and how fast and efficient their responses are to those that need their services. Do better Roberthalf
