I’ve been taking my pupper here for a while about 2 years I believe as well as my parents dogs. Everything started really great, both dogs look amazing and was consistent. However, the last few times both dogs grooms didn’t remain consistent and my mothers dog got cut accidentally, which I understand that happens accidents are normal but the way it was handled wasn’t the best in my opinion. Definitely a bit pricey however, originally it was worth the money but the last few times I’ve felt unimpressed and my dog didn’t seem right after her grooming. I will be moving on from this place moving forward. However, overall not a bad place to take ur dog :)

We have been bringing our dogs to Wagsmore for many years now and I cannot think of a single time that we have been unhappy with the services we received. The dogs always come home looking amazing. Everyone at Wagsmore is super-friendly and they always go the extra mile to make sure our dogs are happy.

Amazing service and always helpful with questions even not relating to just grooming.I have brought my dog here multiple times and have never had a issue.The workers here will always try their best to work with me to make sure I am happy with the service, which in this day of age is very rare i highly recommend brining your pets here.

This place is wonderful. They are very Covid-safe, the staff are unbelievably friendly, and they truly are amazing with animals. Our pup Ellie is a sweetheart but she can have anexity and be defensive around strangers and sometimes even other dogs, but she is always so happy and relaxed here! Max is her groomer, and she literally wags her tail when she sees her! (Truly living up to their name). They tell us she just wanders around and has never had a problem with grooming or nails! Prices are also reasonable for the service you are getting. Couldn't be happier.

Another amazing grooming for our fur baby. We are on a regular schedule every 5 weeks with our dog and the team at Wagsmore is unbelievable. From the front desk to the back we consistently get exactly what we ask for. Thanks again Amy and team.

Our boy has his first grooming with wagsmore today. We were thrilled with the friendly service, great price and Rivers is exceptionally handsome now. Will be back again soon.

I've been bringing my Papillion chihuahua mix puppy here about a year now. The staff is so friendly and trustworthy. Jen grooms my dog and she comes home happy with a flawless haircut every time. Highly recommend them

Our family has 8 dogs altogether and has been going to Wagsmore Unleashed for almost 10 years. The location is great and has a Veterinary Clinic a few steps away. We have four rescues with unknown past and ages and has never been groomed before. One of these dogs is now about 11 years old. Wagsmore gave so much TLC to seven pounds Cooper. Because of his unknown past, even with so much care and attention, it was best decided that Cooper gets grooming at home, working a little bit every week. They have offered incredible support for this process. The one instance that Cooper reacted negatively, the vet was proactively called to do a visit. The vet came into Wagsmore and Cooper got a bandage for a slightly clipped paw. We are happy to report the other three rescues, now about 9, 5 and 2 years old are amazingly unscathed from their past and enjoy their grooms. We are fortunate to participate in Wagsmore's photo sessions during the holiday season to raise money for shelters. Their patience and dedication to this heart warming project is nothing short of an amazing miracle to see our family of dogs ranging from 7 pounds to 75 pounds!

Worst place I have ever been to BY FAR. 1st time I went there they didn't cut my dogs hair as short as I asked for + charged me an additional scissor fee I was not made aware beforehand (bill was nearly$100 they apologized and said it would be better next time). On way home my dog seemed sick and I thought they fed him something that didn't agree with him, but found out the second time I went he had the same issue of crying and I suspect it was stress. They tell you to bring the dog for a 3-4 hour appointment and I found out after the dog just sits there in that loud stressful environment untill the groomer gets to him. when I showed up an hour after dropping him off the second time and the lady said they have not started on him yet and appointments are 3 -4 hours so I drove all the way back home. 40 min later they called me and said he was ready. When they gave me my dog his feet were dripping in urine and they charged me $77 for 40min of work on a 5lb dog. Mind BLOWN.
