Dr Hay, is a rare specialist, confident in what he knows and how he can help, and honest when something is beyond his scope referring patients to the best doctor's he knows. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Complete and utter disappointment; my experience has been an unfortunate and frustrating event...i am fully aware that medicine may not always be able to address certain conditions, Tinnitus being an example of such. However, often patients just need an opportunity to have a fulsome conversation and/or feel as the doctor actually is 'listening' and shows a nominal level of empathy. Just my opinion and experience which hopefully will contribute so others do not walk away with the same/similar level of emptiness and despair.

Got my ears checked by Dr. Marshall Hay today (November 22, 2022). I found him to be kind, professional, and knowledgable. He used a different technique to clean my ears today, that none of my family doctors used in the past, which was highly effective. I had a very positive experience.

I used to see Dr. Hay when I worked in Toronto and I still make the trip to see him even though I am living in Ottawa. He is a profound source of knowledge and explains everything to you in great detail. I usually see him for ear wax buildup issues and he is one of the only people I've been to that has a suction machine - as opposed to the syringe method which ends up damaging the eardrum. He is, by far, the best ENT I have ever been to which is why I maintain my file with him from a great distance. He also has a very understanding, compassionate and wonderful staff for booking appointments, checking you in and offering any other type of assistance.

Great doctor, and very gentle and caring. I will definitely keep coming back to get my ears checked and cleaned ☺️

Please don't waste your time, worst ENT doctor ever, so rude and just wanna pass you out, with out finishing his job, pass him and search for another and will make sure my family doctor don't refer anyone else to him,

A lovely office with the outmost professional and caring staff. From reception to the hearing check to Dr. Hay himself, at every step of my visit I felt cared for. Attentive, pleasant, upbeat, covering all the bases when it came to diagnostics. Truly a jem of an office. Huge thank you to everyone!
