This is the best storage place I have used !. The units are clean, easy to access and are well maintained. There are lots of security cameras and I am confident my belongings are secure. The staff (John and Mike) are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Manager John is always pleasant and courteous. A seamless experience to arrange a unit, great prices for climate controlled storage.

Great experience with this facility.Clean, secure, modern.The rates were as good or better than anywhere else for climate controlled unit and the place is immaculate.Modern technology to gain access. Someone on site during regular hours.Additionally it isn't cramped at all in the hallways, easy to get stuff in and out.I was there for 4ish months between moves. When I moved out nobody was on top of me, they reached out a few days after to make sure everything was good. Never felt any pressure of any kind.Again, nothing but a quality experience.

Abbot storage is a great place to use if you need storage. very clean and nice units. John helped me out answering any and all of my many questions I had to ask him and was very friendly and polite and went above and beyond his job. Thanks alot abbot storage

Originally the unit size I needed was not available, but later that day I received a call from Mike later that he had secured me a 10x10 unit. He seemed to really go above and beyond. The experience with Abbott has been very smooth and their customer service is top notch. It is a very new, well kept storage yard and I'd recommend Abbott to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Highly recommended! This new facility is clean, safe and secure. A variety of climate controlled units are available. I'm really impressed and feel very comfortable storing my belongings here. Great customer service too!

I was considering this place but on my way into the location I noticed homeless by their gates camping. Not looking forward on doing any business in that location. If they really care they should do something about moving out the homeless that gives a bad vive to the location

I've used Abbot storage through the season with great experience. John, the manager of the storage is always very kind and knowledgeable. I have many parcel coming almost every single day via variable carrier such as UPS, DHL and John and Mike always take care of them perfectly. Specially, I had a great experience when I rent Penske truck. John had a great coordination with HQ in order to give me a key on time. The place is very clean and climate control is always very good. I definitely recommend this place to my friend with confidence. Thank you John and Mike.

I met this guy on the phone fantastic gentleman Mike was his name. One of the very few places in the wholr NIAGRA region that had any storage rentals. He took the time, he talked to me he gave me a bit of a deal ...and I'm loving this place. easy in and easy out. Lots of space for my car audio stuff and some of my home furnishings
