Recently had my furnace serviced, technician replaced thermocouple and provided me some maintenance tips I can do on my own. Thoroughly recommend this company my only complaint would be the lady on the phone was not very pleasant and I was put on hold for a long time.

This company is as they claim to be: honest and reliable. I have been serviced twice and was happy with my experience. Don was my technician on both occasions, and he is honest, knowledgeable and helpful. I would go back here for any furnace issues in the future.

This is my third or fourth year of having Parkinson’s do servicing on my furnace and fireplaces. Each year the Service Technician has impressed me with his professional manner and his patience as I ask a lot of questions and I receive explanations and demonstrations as needed.Don Clark is the Service Technician that I will continue to ask for.

I couldn't find filter replacement for my furnace but home depot guy directed me here. A girl (forgot her name) at reception was very knowledgeable and told me my existing filter is washable and also gave me an option of buying the disposable one. She also consulted with her boss Steve and he was very helpful. He explained how disposable filters are more efficient and put less pressure on my furnace. Very professional service.

I trouble shot my fernes for about a week. Determined it was a bad relay on the board. I call Parkinson. I asked the guy to do a cleaning service he said it did not need it. Its was pretty clean but because I was being charged 150 for nothing I wanted it done. So I just let it go. Guy called me back told me it was 600 for a new board. And 45 to install. I told him I would think about it. I found the same board for $210 online. Expected a call back on the next business day no call back. So I bought the board online and replaced it my self.

Professional, personable and reliable service. Continued support before, during and after installation of a new Lennox furnace.Update: November 19th, 2021. Unfortunately I had to replace my water tank, but fortunately Parkinson's, once again, came to my assitance. The office personnel were understanding and professional and the next day I had a new tank installed by great technicians. Thanks again!

An initial misdiagnosis by a Parkinson's technician regarding the problem with our stand-alone Valor fireplace led to numerous visits, unnecessary work, and a lengthy period to achieve a final resolution. That said, once Steve (the owner of Parkinson's) became aware of the issues he ensured they were resolved to our satisfaction. This included reimbursement for additional costs that we incurred. Mistakes happen in any business, and a true measure of service and quality is the level of responsiveness and willingness to make the customer whole. Parkinson's met this test, hence the four star rating.

Made an appt and confirmed it. I took the day off work for them to attend. They never showed up. When I called them that day, they advised I was booked for the next day. That was why I confirmed it in the first place. Nice work guys. We won't be calling you back.
