Shakti Yoga
Shakti is a a great yoga experience! Easy to see and book classes online, Rose is a wonderful and confident teacher leading you through the poses and flows. The studio space is peaceful and the teacher’s mat is easy too see. Definitely recommend to new and experienced yogis alike.
