I've called multiple times about my account for them to say someone will call back and I never get a call back.. 7 years to pay a loan back of 3500 is crazy to have a date that ends the contract to have hidden fees that no one 2told me about when telling me my end date.. communication isn't there between them and there customers.. nor do you get any answers and rude on the phone with

I worked with Cassie and the application process was fast and easy. She was prompt and very informative when communicating with me. This is the second time I have used their services and have no regrets in either instance.

I've dealt with easy financial for awhile and have had issues but they have a new manager who has been more then helpful, they answered all my questions without getting irritated and they have been working very hard to make sure my problems have been dealt with,I definitely look forward now to calling them when I have issues.

Easy Financial will not share my account information with me after numerous requests over a two month period. They claim to offer me a new repayment plan and act as if they are negotiating with me only asking me to make a good faith payment - yet they keep shuffling me to a new agent who threatens me of legal action because I have not made a payment during this time. But they are GoEasy is the reason I have not made a payment - not telling me how much or when to pay. Easy Financial has offered me a new repayment plan but will not clearly present the terms of this plan to me. I have asked them many times to send me the terms of their offer and the details of my account so I can consider whether to pay the whole account off in one lump sum or if I would rather take their offer of a new repayment plan. They just will not send me these details so I can make an informed and appropriate decision. They wont give me the details of my account nor the terms of this plan they are offering and this runaround is the only reason I have not made any other payment. Also, every time I request information about my account they don't respond and then a new agent contacts me starting from the beginning all l over again threatening me with legal action again and acting as though I am late on paying and will go to collections but they are causing the late payment status by telling me that they want to get me on a new repayment plan and have only asked me for a good faith payment at this point. They are passing me off to a new agent every time i request any information about my account or their supposed offer to me. It has been impossible to have them share any clear details with me and instead of presenting info to me they send me a contract to sign with a 48 deadline with no advance notice that will show up in my inbox while i am camping out of internet range so even if i wanted to sign a contract I would not be able to. They are either incompetent or steering this toward legal action.
