Hate this place. They don’t take same day reservations, and their wait list system just doesn’t work. Went one night, told 1.5 hrs wait, so went for dinner, get called 20 min later that the lane is available. But now we’re at dinner. Call the next morning, get told they’re not using a wait list yet today. Arrive 25 min later. Get told it’s a 2 hr wait!! Thanks for being such a disappointment!! Check out PoCo bowl. They’re busy too, but have a better system to be able to inform you when you can bowl.

Do not recommend anyone going to this place. The lady at the desk shut our lane off for something that we did not do but the person right next to our lane did. She shut our lane off by assuming that we were the ones that did this without fact checking or looking at the cameras. It was just 5 minutes into the game and they did not even refund us our money! We went to the bowling at Richmond which has a much nicer atmosphere and better customer service! Please save yourself some headache and go somewhere else if you want to go bowling.

Like everyone else said, the service is pretty bad. They don't seem to really care but at least they get the job done. The lanes are okay, it's really neat that if you have children, you can arrange to have the kiddy bumper lanes automatically come up during their turn. Overall, it's a pretty nice place to hang out with your family or friends. It is quite big and lots of space.

Went during the afternoon to bowl three games. Prices were cheap ($2 per game until 5pm from Monday to Thursday) and had a good selection of stores inside the alley. Employees were friendly and they offer 5 and 10-Pin bowling.

This place is a disgrace. The team is a bunch of highschool kids who don't want to be there, and they take it out on the customers. I'm paying money to have some highschool kid roll his eyes at me because your machines are broken? Rude staff, not helpful, run down, dirty, shoe rentals are a joke. At least buy some new shoes you expect me to put my feet in those things??Send the kids here with a $20 to spend an hour bowling and they'll get sent back home because they don't accept cash...but all of the games there are run on change.Yup, pretty pathetic. I do not recommend. We will not be returning.I was damn near ready to jump over the counter and teach some school kids a thing or two about respect.Train your employees!!

The waiting time for us on a Sunday night was about 20 minutes with no reservation which was fair. You must have looni with you for some of the arcade games and the billiard. The price was 30 $ per hour and 4 $ per person for the shoes. You can reserve the lines to have a private table.

We had a lot of fun at Zone bowling but sadly the lane kept on blacking out while we played. They were pretty on top of it though which is great! It's more expensive than most places but it's a great atmosphere regardless.

Not the best bowling alley. The show rental situation was the worst I had ever encountered. Every single pair they pulled out in my size was ripped, torn, and in poor condition.Lane condition-flooring and markings are good, however the electronics had issues.Scoring system: the scoring accuracy on the 5-pin lanes was abysmal, which I would have been okay with, had I been able to edit my score on the control system, which was not the case. After letting an employee know about this, they switched us to another lane, but it also had scoring accuracy issues. Our screen was also in black and white for some reason.Washrooms: generally clean, some random toilet paper and paper towels on the floor.Decor: out of date but not in disrepair.Overall: okay for a game of 10-pin at the disco bowl. Would not recommend for 5 pin bowling at this time.

Awesome bowling place where you can bring your own snacks or order from the various restaurants in the building! Great deals during the week that make it really affordable even for a family of five bowlers! Would highly recommend but be prepared to wait an hour or more if you come during peak times! We went at 1pm on Monday and it was perfect didn't have to wait. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Came once on a busy day with a group of 18 ppl and they were able to get us 3 lanes together in less than the estimated 40 min. Also gutter guards can be set for specific players and they just come up and down for those selected ones, which is great for toddlers etc. I never want go bowling anywhere else!
