The best location in square one. Pam and Vadim in management are amazing people. They know the building and takes care of it like their own. The remaining staff are also great. The building offers great amenities. The Rock climbing wall is unique and no other square one condo offers that! My opinion, weather you are a owner or tenant, you are guaranteed a great experience.

Great condo, not much parking on the outside. No free ones at least

It is a well maintained apartment near square one. Walkable distance to living arts.

Beautiful, well maintained condo building. Great amenities. An abundance of guest parking, beautiful areas to walk and a grocery store on ground floor of building. Location is convenient to Square One, Sheridan College and Mississauga City Centre. Pam, Vadim and Brian are a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to residents' requests and concerns. Highly recommend this condominium to anyone, singles, professionals and families.

Excellent management team that is quick to respond to inquiries and the need for help. Pamela is professional, efficient and courteous in her approach to assisting residents. Concierge desk has always been helpful as well.Well maintained building with excellent amenities. It may be a minor thing to some, but it has four elevators which means less wait time than nearby condos with only three elevators.Love the location in central Mississauga. Quick access to major highways. Huge shopping mall, large public library, grocery stores, parks, coffee shops and restaurants all within 2-10 minute walk.Management is closely adhering to pandemic protocols in order to keep residents as safe as possible.Before buying here, we extensively researched comparable condos in the GTA and after five years are still confident that we are in one of the best!

Owned a condo here for 3 years, loved it, but eventually it came time to up-size. Building is well taken care of, at a great location, and had a unique style to it compared to everything around.The property management was always quick to respond, and was very attentive - they are by the book, and communicate regularly via email notifications and the condo portal. Pam Goodman was my point of contact, and I always dealt with her when anything came up - and like I said above, she would always respond in a timely manner, and seemed to be on top of everything.The superintendent is also awesome, young hardworking guy, was always very approachable and cool to talk to.Overall, living here was a great experience.

I've been living in this building for a year and a half now, and have nothing but great things to say about management, maintenance, and security. I haven't really had a chance to use the amenities but I look forward to being able to do so.Any maintenance issues we've had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, and with a smile. The building's cleaning staff is equally as wonderful.I have found security to be very helpful and pleasant, and if you actually take the time to smile or say hello they will respond in kind every time. Some staff are quieter than others, and maybe this can come off as rudeness, but all have been polite and kind.Management has handled all covid measures, including the outbreak" from earlier this year responsibly and efficiently. Thankfully said outbreak was small and was kept well contained - aside from the initial shock of it

I would like to acknowledge Chicago Condominiums Management and Security teams. I have been Landlord at the Condominiun for 8 years. Management and Security teams are very ethical people and stick to the rules of Condominiun. Excellent in their communication specially on emails giving out timely information. Glad to have them at the Chicago Condominiums.

Been living here for 5+ years and here is my honest review.Concierge - The team is amazing. Starting to see more turnover now so I hope they remain consistent.Security of the building - While most might complain about how hard it is for visitors, I actually love how secure our building is. Unless you get buzzed in, it's almost impossible to get to where you want to go. As an owner, I feel safe.Management - For the most part they seem nice however I do find them to be defensive first, when questioned before being empathetic or understanding.Cleaners - They work hard, they keep the community clean, they are nice and friendly. Residents should greet them more often.Amenities - Great amenities here.Cons - The elevators are a nightmare. Something should be done about them so residents are not waiting for up to 15 minutes or more when it's busy. We have four elevators. I've been in buildings with 3 elevators that are operating more efficiently.Neighbourhood - I really like our neighbourhood. With the condos coming up, some of us on the lower floors will start to lose our views but that's to be expected. However if you are facing Confederation, the speeding cars using that strip as thunder alley can get quite noisy.Parking - There is plenty of visitors parking and alternative street parking.
