I have recently joined this amazing team. They provide the best opportunities as per your need. Especially Kunal has been wonderful in helping me find the best job match for me. He pushes you towards the right direction. Always available 24/7.

They call and tell you caregivers will be attending to you then the caregivers don’t show up! Very stressful and unfair to my 94 yr old mother.

I recently got hired with First light by Kunal and had good experience with them especially Kunal. He is always available whenever I need him. If I had a problem, Kunal is there to help. If I am not happy after a bad day at work, Kunal will cheer me up. He always encourages and push you to your success. If I could, I would give this company 6 stars for the exceptional leadership and customer serice.

I started working for FirstLight in March and had a great experience. Kunal placed me in a great facility and was always available when needed. I have learned a lot of skills from my experience working for this agency and look forward to learning more!

I was hired by Kunal Chabbra for first light home care, I got hours right away since m hired. I have never faced any problem with my agency for any hours or any other things. My Coordinator was super good and friendly. Easy and Convenient clock ins and clock out. I would really recommend to work with FL home care to get ample of opportunities to work and excel ur career. I am so glad to think that I joined this agency. They are excellent. They hired me and give me work next day. They offer me very nice and friendly clients .The management is so nice and deal like family member especially Kunal, he always support, encourage and deal you like a friend. I worked in many agencies but I never feel respect like that. I can’t do more praise because you will only realize these things when you are became the part of this company. We recently started using the services from FirstLight Home Care. The customer service has been fantastic. The PSW that comes to our home to look after my mom is friendly, knowledgeable, and she treats my mom like family. We really have had an excellent experience. Kunal is my main contact and he truly goes above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met.

Worst company to work for. They pay well but they expect you to work around the clock. My wife worked there for a month and a half. She was sick for a few days and was asked for an APR. As she gave them the APR, they promised her great things after the New years and a specific project that she will be working on. She was fired the next day. Did not get reimbursed for the APR. They are liars and very unprofessional. Avoid working for them at all cost. I'd give them a -10 if I could.

First Light Home Care is great agency to work for. Kunal was very encouraging and was always there to answer any questions I had. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience at the facility he placed me at. I would highly recommend joining this agency!

Dealing with Mantej was an absolute please. But Shruti not so much! I applied and got an interview that day told Everyone I could not start till Monday. My interview was Wednesday. I received 17 calls and was pressured into starting on Thursday. NO training NO client info and when it came to PPE I was told I would have to drive to a head office 52 minutes to pick up gloves and masks to drive 54 minutes to start my first shift. My interview involved 5 questions before I was hired and this didn’t sit well with me as have been in this profession 10+ years. I was given no training, shifts I told them I could. It work and 17 phone calls in less then 8 hours forcing me to work. Please do not apply to this company! They have no morals don’t understand and when you have to pay for gas with no kms reimbursement it’s not worth the $23 an hour they will pay you!
