BMW Montréal Centre

Hard to describe in short paragraph but here we go:I thought I'd try a dealership that is closer to me than my original dealership where they do a fantastic job, but it's an hour drive each time, so I chose this BMW centre to try because it's 20 minutes away. I had issues on my mirrors where they would not fold or work, it got fixed under warranty, cool, BUT, when I went to pick up my car, my car had a dent on the door, someone at this dealer opened another door on my car, and they also broke my mirror cap and put glue to put it back instead of replacing, thinking I won't notice. (They didn't say anything about the damages)I fixed the ding from my own pockets ( I paid for it) because I don't want this dealership anywhere near my car, but for mirror cover that is glued, been a month now since they agreed to give me new cover, but to this day they did not go through with their deal. Fake promises. Not to mention the service was horrible, from the start. I didn't feel welcomed. AVOID. AVOID. Find a new dealer to fix your car, if you love your car. If a manager wants to give me new mirror cap so I can fix it myself, then feel free, I'm not asking for the dealer to even install it, I will deal with it, because I do not trust this dealer near my car. So sad.

They are perfect when you wanna put a deposit; everything works so smooth and fast. But if you change your mind it is literary impossible to contact them for you deposit to be paid back.After many texts and emails and calls to the salesman, I still couldn't talk to him!

Vincent (my advisor) did his usual superb job....I was taken immediately, despite being 30 minutes early. The loaner car, ordered when I made the appointment, however took 1.5 hours to arrive....not good !!! It is the sole reason for the four stars as opposed to five. The problem was never fixed, nor the delay explained ...everyone said they were sorry" but nothing appeared to be able to be done.....it left a very bad taste. However the work done on the car was done expeditiously and we got the car back earlier than anticipated so all was well in the end. Get your loaner cars sorted out and I am sure that it will be five stars next time !"

I recently found a 2022 BMW M4 Competition convertible at BMW Montreal Centre. I live in St Catharines, Ontario and my experience with Salesman Michael Charron, Product Specialist Sandy Hakim and Financial Manager Victoria Duguay was outstanding. I only saw the vehicle via the internet and a text video that Michael sent to me. They valued my trade in via email and a set of 10 pictures that I sent them. I drove to and from Montreal in the same day to pick up my new car and I must say, I was extremely happy with my purchase. They roll out the red carpet for their customers. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership and I recommend them to anyone near and even far away like me. Thank you very much…..

Great service, as a woman I’ve been often not taken seriously. But in this dealership they took great care of me and I walked out with a beautiful new car. Wonderful customer service, great attention to details and we all know the devil is the details.They had what I wanted and the delivery was respected. Great customer experience. My spouse got his car few months after and got the same treatment.

Picked up my 2023 3 series, and I never enjoyed a car so much. I would like to give my special thanks to Karyne who helped me to find the perfect car, and was so helpful during the whole process and took care of everything. Id also like to thank Oleg (Delivery Specialist) he introduced me the various functions of the car and answered all my questions I had with the car and the paperwork. Awesome experience! Gerard took fantastic of me. Needed a quiet place to work while service being done, Gerard made it happen. My MINI looked amazing after everything. GREAT TEAM MINI Centre Montreal!!! So happy :)
