They have a great selection and a nice mix of used and new products. I go for the cards, stay for the payment, then leave happy.

I order most of my Magic the Gathering cards from here, as they have one of the better inventories for a Canadian MTG dealer (especially on the west coast). They are super prompt, and I've had all my orders shipped within 1-2 days of placing it. I've only had one issue in the past (out of many orders) and they were extremely helpful and quick getting it sorted out.*This is based on online orders only, I've never actually been inside the store.

Easy to navigate website for ordering singles. Awaiting shipping and condition of cards but first impression is great!

Terrible first experience here. I was looking for about 15 MTG singles. I was told that, because it was half an hour until close, he couldn't help me and I needed to place my order online. After that, he helped two other customers buy singles (I don't think he realized we were there together). I'm baffled by this inconsistency and lack of customer service.

My first impression was immediate discomfort. There was some sort of card game event going on which took up a large portion of the store. I had a couple dozen people looking at me walking around but nobody said anything to me. I had no idea who even worked there. It felt like walking into a stranger's living room while they were having a family function.I was looking at their used video games and this section is clearly not a focus although they plastered Nintendo, Sega, and other video game logos on their front windows. Games are messily piled up in and behind a glass cabinet. It's extremely difficult to browse. What I did notice was the prices were quite high in relation to the condition the games were in and the selection was very limited.Either way, it was an awkward and uncomfortable experience and I don't see myself coming back.

Fantastic place to buy both used game and accessories. As well as trading cards, card games, board games, and supplies.The staff are both very friendly and knowledgeable in what they're talking about.If you have old game stuff laying around you want to trade in, or if you are looking into dipping your toes into the water of retro games/ trading card games this is the place to do it.
