I use the Richmond Road location, and have been dealing with JP for close to 30 years now (starting on Beechwood). During that time, he has given me exceptional client service, going way beyond the norm to create a lifetime customer. In additional to superior client service, he is also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I go to Monsons specifically because of JP!

Love the customer service and Tanya has a beautiful smile and will always try her best to help with yoir needs of the service . Brought in a top in with blueberry stain and they were able to get it out . One of my favorite tops !! And I have brought in lots of my other items there and they always try to remove the stains .Merci to Monson for there effort and dedication to always to the best they can :). Good team effort !!

The bad: Took a sportcoat for dry cleaning and it came back discoloured and ruined. The good: They were apologetic and showed me that they followed the label guidance. The great: Didn't quibble or try to blame anyone else and gave me the full purchase price for the ruined jacket because it was only a few months old. Dedicated customer service!

I have been bringing dry cleaning to Monson for several years, and, although it is pricey, I had been satisfied with the quality of the service, and felt the value was decent and the location, convenient. Well, no longer do I feel that way. I recently brought a simple pashmina scarf in for dry cleaning, thinking that, at most, it would cost me about $10, which is what I pay to have my pants dry cleaned. When I picked up my scarf today, I was told it would cost a whopping $14.68 (!) for the dry cleaning...of a SCARF. I asked how that could be, given that I only" pay $10 for pants
