I recently purchased a home in Calgary but living in another province. I hired Canada Unified Services to complete a move-in/move-out cleaning so that the place could be clean before I arrive.Amber and Mary communicated with me and my sister throughout the duration of the service and let me know of any concerns or issues that came up immediately. I didn't think the house was as bad as it was until the cleaners came and what a difference it was! My sister who was on site was able to comment on the difference she saw from when we took possession.The carpet was shampooed and even though it was an older carpet (needs replacing) they were able to get out a lot of discolouration on the high traffic areas. The window cleaning was also impeccable, a lot of grime was taken out of the window sill.I cannot recommend this business enough; prompt service, excellent communication and I'm very pleased with the cleaning. I would definitely use them again.

My technician Jim did a fantastic job dealing with the huge challenge of old set in metal and blood stains, foot traffic etc...Great professional job for a reasonable price, would recommend them to anyone and use again when the time comes.

Canada unified service are great at what they do and they are affordable. A vent cleaning company bailed on us last minute and Amber was super helpful in arranging vent and furnace cleaning for us last minute and over the weekend. The technicians came on time, were very professional and went out of their way to even fix a few loose vents for us! We used their deep carpet cleaning service as well. The person who came by was very friendly and knowledgeable (with 35 years of experience)! We were moving in and the previous owners had left exceptionally dirty carpets so he had to work extra hours to get every inch done and they didn’t even charge us more. I’m so thankful to this company for helping us. Will be recommending to everyone I know!

We had a roommate who left a horrific mess. We called the company and in 1day we had a booked appointment at a very affordable rate! Chris and Hazel were our cleaners and they did a spectacular job! The rooms look brand new! I am going to be using this company in the future and I would happily recommend them to anyone I know! Excellent job, thank you!!

We had an unfortunate experience with this company. We had booked with them last minute as our cleaner bailed on us on Jan 1st which we were grateful for that this company was able to send someone to us. Unfortunately the person that cleaned the house spent 5hrs and nothing looked clean at all, makes us wonder what they did during those 5hrs. We werent there to physically check the condition before we paid as we were driving across the country. The landlord and new tenant came the next day to see that there was no cleaning done, the company sent another person to clean who made the place a bit better but still not up to par of a 4.9 rated cleaning company. Overall not impressed.

I requested an appointment and received a prompt phone call to schedule our appointment date which sounded great.The evening prior, administration texts me and informs me the carpet technician has called in sick and needs to reschedule for two days later which is completely understandable. Two days later - we have the carpets vacuumed and rearranged all of the furniture and carpet technician is to arrive between 10-11AM. At 1030AM, I text administration to reconfirm and she informs me she has not able to get a hold him this morning."I find this very unprofessional

Jim worked on our house to clean my carpet and remove all kinds of stains. He did an excellent job! The carpets look amazing. He was kind and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. He is the best!- Kim T

We bought a house and possession was very fast. I called to book a cleaning on short notice, I was happy with quick response and understanding we needed someone asap. Sent out multiple cleaners and they spent a total of 10 man hours here. When they were finished I did a quick walk through and things seemed fine. When I started to unpack my kitchen I noticed many of my interior cupboards were not actually cleaned. Some were done but many were not. Then in my bathroom again drawers not cleaned(tooth paste, ponytails left behind) but the main cupboard was cleaned. I contacted within the 48 hr guarantee time and sent pictures. They did offer to send someone out again but I declined as I was it doing while I was unpacking. I asked for some sort of credit for the deficiency and they have been avoiding responding. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I do not recommend. For the rates they charge one would think you would receive a quality service. I tried to deal directly with them to fix this before I left a review but it has been over a week I am done waiting.
