I have been experiencing TOS and carpal tunnel the past few years without much relief. After assessing my needs fully Danny performed a number of maneuvers that I felt work right away. I’ve been going to JC for the past few months and I would say he is really incredible and passionate about the work plus his humour every session! He has a unique and creative technique to address my personal concerns and sore spots. He constantly communicates with you to determine the limitations of an area and makes sure that any pressure isn't too painful.I highly recommend Evolve RMT specially JC for RMT sessions ☺️

I’ve been to many RMT clinics throughout lower mainland but never found one where I wanted to keep going back consistently. Sometimes the massages would be good at other places but they don’t always get the spot. And also feels robotic that you’re “in and out” as a customer, they don’t really ask much feedback or if what they did helped.I accidentally found evolve on google maps and I had this gnawing shoulder blade pain for months that I couldn’t get rid of, I just booked whoever was available. I got super lucky in hindsight because it was Ryan who was the RMT. I am not kidding when I say he REALLY gets all the sore spots without even me saying anything. Felt like he was me in this lousy body and found sore spots I didn’t even know existed! Turns out Ryan is the owner of this clinic! He’s super passionate and enthusiastic, he’s very open about his techniques and honest that each individual finds different treatments to work best for them. He’s definitely not pushy with making appointments, he’ll even dial it back when he sees me getting better. RMT, as with any medicinal and paramedical treatments, is not going to fix you in one or two sessions. I had roughly 7-8 sessions before Ryan really helped me with the shoulder blade pain. He made a big difference in my day-to-day life and overall a wonderful, friendly person to work with. Hope my genuine review will help with your journeys to alleviate aches and pain.

He immediately finds my knots and applies the perfect amount of pressure to relieve them. After every appointment, I walk out feeling like a whole new person. I recently had another RMT appointment with JC and I think it may have been one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve had my fair share! I can’t wait to go back!

Great experience at evolve with RMT Danny. It was different than other practices I have been to where you were in and out. Danny spent time asking specific questions and assessing what areas to focus on. The massage relieved my back and neck tension. Having injured my left rotator cuff and unable to drive for rehab and massage I google searched nearby clinics and was fortunate to find evolve. I made an appointment for a sitting massage because lying down with my injury was not an option. The very kind and personable RMT Lilli was so accommodating in making sure I was comfortable in her makeshift sit massage chair and really helped alleviate the pain in my neck and lower back. This past week I was finally able to lie on massage table and received one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Lilli goes out of her way to ask you exactly what you want and makes sure the pressure is just right. I am so fortunate and grateful to the kindness and caring that Lilli always gives me and look forward to each session! Side note, appreciate how clean the clinic is and the relaxing music playing throughout the various rooms.

Ryan is amazing. I have been getting RMT at evolve over the past year or so. I have seen various practitioners for massage over the years and he is one of, if not the best RMT I’ve ever seen. His assessments are thorough, his knowledge is impeccable and his interest in helping you heal is so genuine. But his treatment is truly the best. I have never seen an RMT really take enough time to find and work on trigger points for long enough to actually move substantial tension out of the muscle providing relief. Couldn’t recommend him more!
