The pictures above are for the old store which has now closed down. I asked in the new store if I could deal with my cable here. He said yes. When it was my turn I went up to ask my question and he gave me a piece of paper with a phone number to call. Shaw also lies to people in order to get their business

We had a very pleasant experience with SHAW at Metrotown.We wanted to adjust our service selections and get better pricing as other competitors were offering much better deals for TV and Internet.The SHAW CSR Polly was so helpful and took the time to understand our needs. Kudos to Polly and SHAW could use a lot more like her with such a good attitude in customer Service.

It isn’t about the location itself but the internet is the worst, since I have it disconnected too frequently and if not because of the contract I would have changed to another company. Only today is disconnected around 10 times, I contact with technicians and come fix couple times, but still so bad so I give up and wait until end the contract i will change.

The world's worse customer service award has to go to this store! I have never experienced this kind of service from any retail store! Specifically, this store is awful; they don't care about their job, yell at older people, play on the phone while talking to clients, and stay away from this brand and this shop.

Avoid this store at all costs!!!! The store employees only care about sales and will refuse to provide any help after making the sale. Polly’s attitude were terrible and she refused any kind of service when asked. The other employee JON were playing video game on his phone for the whole time and threatened to call for the security if we did not leave the store. Absolute thugs.

None of the employees in the store were willing to provide any solution to my Shaw mobile or Shaw home internet issues in the three separate times I came in to get assistance. The employees here are just glorified flyer distributors and will just hand you a small clipping with various customer support numbers instead of actually trying to help you. In person Shaw retail stores are completely useless and made me reconsider using ANY Shaw services, not to mention the staff (2 of the 3 times I went in) were rude and didn't bother trying to hide the fact they didn't want to do their jobs. Thankfully their online support is way better in terms of both customer service and efficiency - it is definitely my preferred method of contact from now on. I would not recommend trying to get their retail stores to help you in any way (not that they would in the first place).

Did you know when you are arguing with Shaw representative over phone, and you are right and they know they f.... U... And realise they made mistake they will just hang up on you!?!! Yah that's the service I received today. All I'll say, it's I'm cancelling my account and I'm so Done with you! And also I make sure that my family will change they Internet and TV providers soon!
