Two Sparrows Cupcakes & Coffee Bar

I couldn't help but writing a glowing review for Two Sparrows after seeing some negative posts being shared - I think and know that they are completely opposite of that so here is my opinion. I have ordered cupcakes for work and cupcakes for personal occasions and on all occasions the cupcakes have been an absolute hit and everyone loved them! Not to mention - they also have gluten free - which is very inclusive of all dietary restrictions! They taste great, texture is fantastic, not too sweet, and overall, are A+ cupcakes! Every time I have been in the store, the staff have greeted me with a smile and helped me in any way possible! Keep up the great work and thanks for having cupcakes so readily available! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love coming here to get coffees and desserts, as the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I love that they deliver within the mall for those days I'm alone. Their cinnamon rolls, croissants, and cupcakes are good (Erika's Birthday I'm looking at you), and I may not love all of them equally but I think that's fair when everyone's tastes are different. Any time I have gotten recommendations from staff on drinks it hasn't been a miss(yummy), and I am glad they are apart of our community as they seem like such a lively and lovely bunch of people. Highly recommend and if you don't love the first cupcake you try they have so many more that might hit that sweet tooth more!

Best darn gluten free cupcakes I've had in a long time even day old is incredible. Love the ingredients and care the bakers and owner put into them. Going is such a delight too.Best place 10/10 recommend to anyone even without a Gluten issue.

This business is run appallingly. The owners treatment and harassment of customers and staff alike is disgusting. My partner and I went in close to when this place first opened and witnessed the owner discussing with a customer about being a female run business (which I think is awesome) that strives to hire female staff. At the time a male was working behind the counter with the owner and another female employee. The owner then proceeded to tell the customer “oh don’t worry about him (referring and gesturing to the male staff), we won’t make a habit of hiring guys, we are giving him a chance”. The owner and the female staff (and sadly the customer) then laughed as it if were a joke. The male staff had obviously overheard this and appeared to become incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed immediately. I felt so sorry for him as he made eye contact with my partner and I as if to say “it happens a lot”.Sexism in any work place, in any of its forms, is completely unacceptable. Full stop. The owner of this place should not be allowed to be in a position that allows her to interact with staff or customers directly as her behaviours displayed are shocking and disrespectful.Top this all off which the fact the coffee tastes terrible and noticeably burnt. And the cupcakes are easily the worst I’ve ever had. Incredibly dry and overly sweet to the point of almost being impossible to decipher what flavour you’re eating.Save your money and go to an elementary school bake sale. You’ll get better service, less judgement, and better product.

We came by to enjoy some coffee and a nice treat for a little date. The coffee was amazing (I got a latte with cupcake syrup, a must try!), and my husband got a London fog. Both were delicious. We also got a mix mini pack of cupcakes to share. So many fun, tasty flavors to try. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful when I couldn't make up my mind on what to get. It was a lovely and fun atmosphere all around, and we will definitely be returning for more!

This place is such a gift! The cupcakes are divine. With no exaggeration, the vegan, gluten-free cupcakes are the best I've ever tasted. The icing is fluffy and decadent, the cake is the perfect balance of crumb sweetness, and moisture.The coffee bar is perfect too. I had an amazing cappuccino with oat milk. But the best part are the amazing staff. Every single staff I've encountered has been helpful, cheerful, enthusiastic, and funny. I placed a short notice special order for vegan cupcakes for an event after my original order fell through, and the owner made it happen. The birthday guests were thrilled. Never change Two Sparrows! We love you.

Disgusting behavior from the owner of this company. I can't believe you social media stalked someone then found where they worked and berated them at their work because of a review. You are the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. The entitlement alone...I own this mall and security" get a grip on reality. I WILL NEVER come to this establishment and I will tell everyone I know never to come as well. I feel bad for the poor employees you dragged with you that clearly didn't want to be anywhere near you or this situation. I am proud of the man that stayed professional against your verbal abuse despite him politely asking you to leave then having to call security on you. I don't think I have ever been so disgusted by someone's actions. Might be good practice to learn how to take criticism

Extremely good cupcakes and an amazingly happy and colourful store design. I don’t drink coffee, so I can only speak to their cupcakes, but they are the most deliciously rich and tasty cupcakes I’ve ever had; plus their Instagram posts are hilarious. A really cool business overall :)
