Dans les avis on parle souvent de la propreté exemplaire. J'y habite et je peux vous dire que ça changé depuis 1 an. Un seul ascenseur très incommode quand il y a des déménagements et qu'on est pas avisé sur l'étage. Tu reste chez vous ou tu descends et montes par les escaliers 7 étages.

Déménagée en février et j'attends toujours le remboursement pour les clés de l'appartement et manette pour porte de garage...on promet, on promet mais rien n'arrive ...bien déçue

Nous vivons ici depuis son ouverture et je peux vous dire qu’au cours de ces 3 années, tout s’aggrave progressivement. Aujourd’hui, la direction selon mon mari est comme deux vendeurs de voitures d’occasion ne disant jamais la vérité et un avertissement à tous les nouveaux locataires lisent très attentivement le contrat avant de signer quoi que ce soit.S’ils ont travaillé aussi dur et honnêtement qu’ils prennent des pauses cigarettes bien, ramenez simplement les dames Kiev, Jade....

Très jolie résidence à taille humaine et super bien entretenue. Et où l’équipe est très sympathique et toujours agréable. Les appartements sont également très agréables en bord de fleuve, nous adorons y vivre.

Amazing experience I would give more than 5 stars if I could, it's my first time renting here usually my company picks my rentals! It's been a week since I've moved in and so far everything is great! The staff is fantastic, great people from the on-site manager to the maintenance staff! Building is clean and smells good, and condos are very nice for the price, will definitely recommend this place!O. P. Kefi

I contacted someone through Email and made appointments to see available apartments under $1200(my budget). But today when I was there the staff took me to a $1440 apartment which looked amazing. After I explained everything they told me out of the 4 appointments I made 3 were not available for rent and the last one I can not visit because the tenant wasn't notified. I believe they are good people and this is probably miscommunication among staffs. I hope they can get back to me soon to sort things out.

Great condos. Management is always helpful and very quick to respond. Building is new.Steps from the water and only 12 minutes drive to old port! My experience has been great so far.
