Stopped in to do some looking around. Truly felt unwelcome. Couldn't even LOOK at a pair of mittens without the sales rep rudely interjecting to not stretch them out?Don't worry! I won't consider any of your items and i will not be returning due to the pretentious representation.

Been going to this store for years, and they have the most incredible selection, with a good amount of local and Canadian products. My favourite place to buy cards, reusable packaging, and some interesting extras. My family loves their selection of chocolates, too.

staff was lovely and gave me a bit of advice on the skincare products I was buying! it felt a bit awkward initially as I am a very shy person who is afraid of judgement from others, even when offered gently like this scenario. but after a little while I truly appreciated it! it's very rare you have an employee reccommend you NOT buy a product because they think it might worsen your skin, so I appreciate the insight and kindness. I also adore the atmosphere as well as the message sustainability !

Favourite place to buy cards and baby gifts. Natural well made toys and unique cards. They carry so many products for household, personal care and gifting. They carry and support local as well. The clothing and home goods they carry are beautiful and I could spend hours in here browsing the different products. Staff was very attentive to my questions.

Our family loves this store for your quality good, and we love to support local. However on more then one occasion, including today. Your staff especially the lady with the long dark hair, was extremely curt, rude and unwelcoming. We even witnessed her being rude to another gentleman in the store for no valid reason. I have never wrote a review in my life but these experience and reading other reviews makes me not want to return to your store. I hope you take this review and the other customers feedback to heart and make some changes.

The staff was cheerful, helpful, and informative. When it became clear the product I came in for was unavailable I was assisted in finding a suitable replacement and my name and number was recorded so they could notify me when the product was available again. All the while my children were delightfully playing in the wonderful play house built into the store.It's really nice going to a store that accommodates your whole family. I honestly can't say enough great things.
