So I must regrettably change my review I previously gave it a 5 star review and thought it was a wonderful review. Sadly after working here for 8 months now I see that it is a toxic place to work because of managment. It's sad because 90% of the staff there are good people but that other 10% who have their shiney white hats ruin the environment and your ability to not hate it.

No team work between management and workers.Most of the workers unhappy with the company. No good word comes from the management. It doesn't matter what you know. It's about who you know. A missed opportunity of the company to increase production. How motivating...Management get the bonus. Workers get the pizza.If you don't want to give up your pride in your workman ship....stay away.There is no financial future inprovement for the workers with this company.
