Again... Yet another location no good. People who never seen icecream until recently are making the treats that have been the same for over 40 years that I remember... They have most likely been told to make them in a way that is not consistent to the franchise specifications. Peanut buster parfait says it in the name... A parfait is layered. You don't put a bit of fudge around the edge so you can see the fudge... You layer it. Increased prices and cheap out on the product. Getting tired of this new 'normal'. This is not normal, this is called ripping people off.

1. Conveniently located.2. Very peaceful, quiet and ‘old-fashioned’.3. Plenty of parking spots around.4. There are certainly better coffee options around but sometimes, a serene place where you can spend time with yourself, is simply priceless (in spite of the coffee).5. Non intrusive & kind staff.

The kids cheeseburger meal was piping hot and the kids loved every bite. I had the spicy snack chicken wrap which was very tasty. I loved how the restaurant is so clean, including the bathrooms! The staff were super nice...we'll be back for sure!

Reply to my original review is generic and does not address my issue whatsoever.I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. I placed an order online and received a phone call to inform me the restaurant has forgotten to give over half of my order to the courier. They asked me to place another order for a 'small item' and they would include my previous orders missing items. Never had a more unprofessional experience. The food that did arrive was incorrect and cold. Zero attempt to fix the issue apart from the suggestion of making another order, at my expense.

This is the best place in Burnaby Heights for a quick, easy, and affordable lunch. The food is usually fresh (best fries around!) And the dining room is quiet and clean. Service is attentive and friendly.

We ordered a cake Online, at first they didnt want to give us the cake though we showed them the email that we are already paid and the cake was ready for pick up, took them a few minutes to finally find the Online order to give us our cake

I always go to DQ for their oreo ice cream cake and their blizzard ice cream during summer time. It is one of the cakes we always buy for kids bday celebration, sadly it becomes expensive now for a single log and for the whole cake.Good thing they have bogo promotions for their blizzard.Service here can be improved.

I've never been to a Diary Queen before. As my first one, it was pretty nice. The food was actually really hot and fresh, big plus there. Really didn't expect it to be so fresh. Fries were the perfect blend between crunch and soft, not too salty but still good. Burger was pretty good, smelled a lot stronger than I was expecting, but not a problem. Had a burger with 2 patties, which might've made it a bit dry. The only downside was that the actual place had no atmosphere and just seemed so scuffed somehow. It was really silent and plain. Not to mention the sanitation and way they put things around was a bit questionable. The employees were nice though.
