She daughter is going to this daycare from last 4 months and she enjoys a lot there. They are taking care of her really well.

Never send your kids to this daycare this is the worst daycare in the Moncton. My kids always got sick when they went there. If you will send your kids here they have to take more Tylenol or other medicine than the kids food. Teachers are not educated if we ask anything about the kids every teacher blame to another teacher and they said she is rude and she is telling us to treat the kids like this way. I am quite upset with the teacher jass Kaur when I go to talk her about my kids concern she always just advised to do complaint against the day care and head teacher. Never solve the problem. They do not have educated staff here. If you want your kids future safe and educated never send your kids here. I wish I could give 0 to them.

Pulled my son out of this daycare. Do not send your child to this daycare ! First off first impression when you walk in is the smell of dirty diapers EVERYDAY, secondly many days I would come to pick my son up and on nice days they would not take the children outside to play. Worst of all EVERYtime I picked my son up his poor bum was raw red from his diaper NEVER being changed.. lots more bad experiences but their google rating speaks for itself. Wish I could rate a ZERO.

I wasn't ever fully working here but I would cover shifts here and there and they are yet again awful to there staff here and alot of the good staff they did have are now gone. How things are handled and dealt with when comes to the children are not the proper way. Kids run around with barefoot outside, staff stand around the fence and don't pay attention. If I could it be a zero. This isn't news at all though the daycare has so many non compliances it's sickening

Yeah so I live right beside you're Grantville st moncton location ad I have to say I never see any learning or teaching going on. All I see EVERY SINGLE DAY is small children running around like a chicken with there head cut off and not being disciplined or taught anything in the slightest. No wonder you only have a 1 star rating on google. Absolutely pathetic if I was a parent I would pull my kid out of that daycare immediately and I would never go back.

Might be the worst day care in the area. All you can ever hear is children yelling, which is probably normal with kids but this is a whole new level of screams and crying left unattended. I dont think the educators are very good at their job, tbh. They have absolutely no control over the children that are brought in. The reviews from years are most likely still true - after three years, they haven't changed.

It’s sad I didn’t read these reviews before taking my son to this daycare which I think is the worst daycare I know. My son had a terrible experience with one of the teachers, the teacher was trying to force my son to sleep during the nap time, in the process, the teacher hit his head on the floor and an inspector walked in on them, the teacher was sent home immediately. After the incident happened, i was not comfortable taking my son back, we also didn’t get his belongings (clothes, diapers, shoes, blankets, cups) on his last day. The next time I went to pick up my son’s belongings, I was told it has been donated to charity because of their policy. I was really mad as nobody told me about this policy and non of the staff thinks they should email me or make a phone call to tell of this policy before donating my son’s belongings without my consent. This is the height of inefficiency and I wish I could rate less than zero. If you are thinking of bringing your children here, please don’t.

It's a good place for my son to learn skills that will enrich him as he is an only child he really enjoys having that time to connect and make friends. Yes places that have a bunch of children might have a issue from time to time with dirty diapers but I have seen the facility and I endorse it. The staff care. They will call if any issues happen.

Listen to the reviews! Don’t bring your kids here! They lose your kids stuff or pretend they did and let any sick kid in so your kids get sick, big zero! My kids were miserable there.

If I could rate a Zero that is what unfortunately this center would get . I Pulled my son for this daycare . Extermly unprofessional !!! Would not recommend you sending your child to this center at all there is no learning being done what so ever. The staff needs more training to handle children and to be daycare teachers " . Over all terrible experience and not a nice or well taken care of daycare facility."
