Great shopping experience.The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Carolyn and Josh took their time to walk me through the process (from picking the frame to choosing the type of lens). And my glasses were ready at a record time! In just a few hours they were ready to pick up.First time in the Cambridge location and it surely won’t be my last.

Sharukh at lens crafters was so welcoming and helpful. He helped my fiancé find 2 pairs of glasses and was able to find a way for us to get them within 48h as opposed to 2 weeks as we were in a bit of a time crunch. We will definitely come back to the Cambridge Center location for our future glasses purchases because of Sharukh.

Brought my glasses in to be repaired because they were extremely bent. They repaired them while I waited free of charge. The customer service at this location has always been amazing. I would definitely recommended anyone to get their glasses here.

Got my frames from somewhere else, after a few months of heavy wearing my glasses were sitting slightly crooked on my face, called in and without an appointment the staff was able to help me out in between clients to straighten my glasses. Great staff, great assistant manager, great team, great service. Once i need new frame i will be sure to shop here!
