I got a farmer’s wrap and hash brown and the hash brown literally tasted like hand sanitizer/cleaning supplies. Honestly disgusting. Do better.

Charged me for 2 hash browns when I asked for 1. I drive away open sandwich and there's no egg. Drive back to get remade and next sandwich comes out with an overwhelming amount of white sauce that the first one didn't have and I don't think belongs on it. Also poorly put together. Gross

Understaffed, inexperienced. Slow. The person taking orders should not be fulfilling the order, while ignoring other patrons. Seems like the emphasis here is to give all attention to the drivethrough. Walk-in is usually not a pleasant experience.

Slowest service imaginable. On a weekday mid-afternoon, went inside to order a regular coffee and tea with a small order of Tim bits. Took 20 minutes. Staff were so focused on drive-thru that no one was helping the one person handling in store orders even after having at least 5 orders backed up.Have had similar issues in the past at this location.Would go elsewhere if at all possible.

Not sure if there was new ownership or what but have heard from several current and former staff members that they were let go or sent home if their drive thru times weren’t good, which is probably why they’re in the situation they’re in now. (Short staffed)Such a good way to make your staff improve, with negative reinforcement. I feel so sorry for the people stuck working here.
