Realign Therapy

Don't like to think that I'm getting old (at 48) but my hip has been killing me lately. Can't sleep and can't move well in the mornings. No amount of yoga, stretching or exercise has been helping. My initial session with Micaela was amazing! During the session, I wasn't sure what she was doing would have any huge or lasting effect, but wow! I was symptom/pain free for days afterwards. I know my body can't heal/change with just one session, and have started to feel the hints of pain returning, so It's time to rebook some regular sessions. No way I want to feel old at 48!
