Even if my project was really small (only 50 bottles), I received a very good support from Cable Wine Systems. All my emails, including the first request done through their website, have been answered within the next business day. I received installation instructions ahead of time and a very detailed invoice to understand the cost of my project. I received all parts 2 days after I sent my order. Everything was well labeled with the right quantities. Furthermore, the replacement parts needed have been shipped within 4 days, no charge and no question asked. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product and the outstanding Customer support provided.

We had customers that wanted to use this system in the cabinets we were building for them. I worked specifically with Jeanette and she was fantastic. Very responsive to my emails and any questions. She reviewed the drawings for the cabinets and put together the order for everything I would need. She even laid out options to maximize the space. There is always hesitation when working with a new vendor. But working with them was very enjoyable. Going forward I will confidently refer their company.

Beautiful, contemporary racking system backed by solid customer service. We just installed a small (under 200 bottle) display cellar. Since it's in full view from our dining room, this was all about creating a visually striking cellar. In this setting, the Cable Wine System product was ideal, and far superior to the more common wooden or metal racks. It's airy, takes well to lighting, allows label-forward display which is highly convenient, and highlights the tile we chose for the back wall.Despite the intimidating pile of parts that we received, installation was simple. Our general contractor handled it with no trouble--no need to hire an expensive dedicated installer. And the support was super--I always got a rapid responses whenever I called or emailed with questions. Not cheap, but much less expensive than some of the competing contemporary metal racking systems out there. It even shipped pretty quickly, in a time when supply chain usually means months of waiting.Top notch. Highly recommend.

We are over 4 months into waiting for our products that were projected to take 2-3 months. Had these delays been handled more professionally by the manufacturer, then there would potentially be more understanding on our part. However, the team at Cable Wine Systems deployed a tactic of stringing us along with the false hope once we reached the end of the 8-12 week timeline. We have been told “another week or two” multiple times, to no avail. Most recently, we were told on July 19th that our final parts would arrive in a week or two. As of today, August 19th (4 weeks since the most recent 1-2 week promise), we have again been told another 1-2 weeks. When a partial refund was requested for the awful customer service and poor communication, it was refused. They then had the audacity to say we could cancel our order AND be charged a 20% restocking fee. This actually means that they have the materials in stock and are just dragging their feet on production. They knew that once they sent the tension cables in the first shipment and they were installed, that we would be cornered into waiting for the remainder of the order. Thus, they just kept stringing us along with false dates. Had we been given a real picture of the timeline, we would have had time to explore other options and maybe select a different company with better lead times. But, our decision was made based on their initia 8-12 weeks. This company is unethical and lacks professionalism with their deceit and bait-switch tactics.

I have now ordered and received wine racking for many of my customers from Cable Wine Systems. Jeanette is very helpful and honest in all of our dealings. My company is in Australia and we usually receive our consignments within 3 weeks of ordering. There have been delays during Covid but this is the norm with all my overseas suppliers.
