A photo session with Jordan will not only result in beautiful images for your family, but also a fun and memorable experience!Jordan did an in-home documentary family session for us. She spent about 3-4 hours with us while we went about our day, and captured so many beautiful moments. Jordan is great with kids - she made ours feel valued and important. She's happy to chat with them, chat with you, and still doesn't miss a single moment!I highly recommend booking her for your documentary photography needs!

Jordan was the photographer for my and my fiancee's engagement photo session and it was AMAZING. She heard all of our concerns and priorities, made us feel incredibly comfortable, and she was a joy to work with. The album of pictures produced were so amazing that we had trouble choosing which ones to use. As a queer couple, we felt completely comfortable being ourselves and she made our evening incredibly special.

We have had Jordan Lyall take many family photos for us since 2004. We actually have called our living room wall ‘The Wall of Jordan” because there are so many!We have had family photos taken at a variety of locations (outdoors and indoors) and also had our newborn photos of son done in our home.During every session, Jordan was kind, focused, patient, and approached all interactions with respect and a sense of humour. She is absolutely wonderful with kids and we have been 100% happy with all of our sessions!We received digital copies of our photos, in both colour and black and white, which is a nice touch!The quality of Jordan’s work is top notch and we are thrilled with all of our beautiful photos!

We had 4 kids under the age of 6 the first time we hired her and she was absolutely amazing at keeping them all engaged and happy. We loved having Jordan come into our home to capture these candid moments during our Family Documentary session. There was no pressure to find perfectly matching outfits or stress about everyone looking at the camera, smiling at the same time. We were all so relaxed the entire time, including my daughter who lives with Angelman Syndrome - she can be quite nervous around new people and is not always ‘cooperative’ during more traditional family photo sessions. These photos perfectly captured our family and they are such a treasure to us. Jordan, you are so talented. You are such a gift!

I knew from the moment I saw her pictures from her very first wedding, so many years ago, that I wanted Jordan to photograph my special day. Fast forward over a decade later and my wish came true. I still get emotional when I look through all of our pictures and the videos she created for us. She captured our love better than I ever could have dreamed. Her images are so natural, personal and emotional, I will cherish them always. I’m so glad Jordan was able to spend so much of the day with us documenting every special moment - even the ones we didn’t realize were happening.Her wonderful nature made everyone feel so comfortable and made very snap shot enjoyable and fun. She is a stealthy, creative and gifted master of her craft. We were so grateful to have had her with us on the most spectacular day of our lives and will absolutely have her photograph the milestones ahead.

We had a family documentary photography session with Jordan Lyall this Spring and it was an INCREDIBLE experience! The photos were amazing and really captured the personalities of my children. As a single parent it is often difficult to get photos of myself with my girls so that made this experience even more special to me. I had tears in my eyes when I got to see the finished product.
