I've visited many professionals over the years and have never met such experienced staff.RMT - Cindy and Debbie are professional, ans have the expertise in muscle manipulation to ease discomfort within one session, providing instant relief. They both listen to you in terms of pressure but also listen to how your body responds to the treatment. They also include movement and after care to keep the muscles warm to avoid additional discomfort.Osteopath - Daniel used a combination of expertise in physio, massage therapy, chiropractic care to support the after effects of working at a desk all day. Utilized techniques that were different, yet effective and provided me with helpful excercises.TCM/Acupuncture - Naila was able to use herbal medicine, acupuncture and shiatsu to support treatment of various issues.Reception is also very professional, friendly and efficient. Their appointment booking system is easy to use, well staffed, and they have direct billing.

This clinic has been instrumental in my healing journey throughout the years and even though I no longer live in the area, I have no issues going out of my way to visit this clinic because they treat you so well! Cindy, one of the massage therapists is EXCELLENT, 10/10 service from her all the time. She is funny, kind, very knowledgeable and her massages are so healing and relaxing. I have had experiences with all the practitioners, and never once had a negative interaction. I’ve always left feeling renewed and rejuvenated. HIGHLY recommend!

Highly recommend Debbie. Debbie is very experienced in her field. She is knowledgeable and personable. In the first two visits, Debbie helped identify root causes to my pain. She takes a holistic approach to help improve the overall health of her clients. The clinic is very well-maintained and clean. Very relaxing experience and I always look forward to coming here for massages. The receptionist, Corazon, is friendly and pleasant to interact with. Their website and booking platform makes scheduling appointments very simple and being someone who works a lot, I appreciate that I can see the time slots available online. Five stars across the board!

I recently tried an osteopath treatment and absolutely loved it. Can’t believe it took me so long to check it out! Daniel obvious has a lot of experience & uses a lot of pressure which I appreciate. I had my husband go see him too! Now we are hooked!

Recently had massage therapy with Debbie and I'm glad I did. My calves were always sore and stiff from standing and walking every day. After the session of loosening the muscles I felt more relaxed the next day at work. With my tight schedule I either make an appointment with whoever is free, Debbie or Cindy. Both are very professional in an acceptiional clean environment.

Searching google for a massage therapist, I’m lucky that I stumbled on Debbie. I’ve had couple of massage therapists before when I used to live in downtown but Debbie is the best RMT I’ve seen so far. Went there in my third trimester and desperately needed some relief from the back pain and all that pregnancy tension. I can’t even describe how wonderful person and professional massage therapist she is. She’s very caring, provided me a pregnancy cushion and lots of pillows to make me feel comfortable. Room and sheets are clean. Dark room and relaxing music made me feel relaxed in an instant. Debbie asked how much pressure I prefer and she did a fantastic job. Attentive, a great listener and communicator, working out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even, know was possible!Lady at reception is very sweet and provides great customer service which is rare in nowadays. Thank you lifehealth massage for a wonderful service. Looking forward to go back soon.
