Honey Pie Hives & Herbals

Great little shop run by a great couple. We visited this farm almost by accident, stumbling on it while visiting local wineries. The property has tons of character and is definitely a working operation. The little shop is packed to the brim with beeswax candles (hand dipped in the back room!), different kinds of honeys, and mead (honey fermented wine) made by the owners. We had a great chat with the owners who were happy to tell us about beekeeping in the County.The reason it's not five-star is because the prices were a bit steep, and when we visited they only had their two wildflower honeys (dark from last year, light from this year), all the other honeys had added flavour. I'd love to have seen some other pure honey varieties.We'll definitely be visiting again though, and highly recommend that visitors to the County check it out!

The most wonderful little honey shop that sells a variety of flavoured honey, soaps, tea, mead and more! Owners are super friendly and knowledgeable. Bees are onsite. And you are greeted by the sweetest little black & white cat - Stampy! A must-visit in PEC.

A small store compacted into a single display shelf during the pandemic, bravely open and selling a range of honey products and a few sideline project items like house died local wools. Friendly and patient sales person who knew the products

Customers loved their soap samples when I ran a B&B. Great people.

Nice little honey shop filled with bee products: flavored honey, soap, teas, deodorant,candles and more. Bee hives on site and even a bee hive information box for the little ones. Don't miss out on the mead ;)

The methaglyn was fantastic. They were very welcoming and friendly. We had asked them if they sold fresh herbs and they didntHowever they gave us a bunch. Very nice people and would visit again and recommend it to everyone!

Great little stop while visiting the County! Shop is currently a window display because of COVID, but a great shopping experience with knowledgable owner. They offer a range of honey products and honey-based cosmetic goods. The lip balms are AMAZING! I called during the week (when they are closed) to do a pick-up order and they were very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Worth every km to get here and enjoy the bees, surroundings and the natural local honey, beeswax candles, soaps, Mead!, and so much more to see and enjoy. A real favorite place to buy local goods

This little stop was part of a bus tour i organized for 16 friends who were visiting the County for my 60th birthday. Not anyone knew about Mead, and likely the bee business, but everyone was very impressed with both the mead and honey products , as well as some of the other products produced by this great little spot. A def. go back to place as i live in the County and most hospitable group who greeted us. Highly recommend.
