We enjoy having Uni First at our Cervus Location in Claresholm. John the driver is always friendly, happy and gives us great service. The office staff is very friendly also and follow up with us to make sure we are happy with our service. I highly recommend Uni First.

As I walked into this location today what i assume is the manager (named Rick) proceeded to tell one of the employees that if she didn’t look like a horse the office men wouldn’t leave so upset. He then added that she needs to lose weight. I’m am disgusted. This is abuse in the work place and it’s not acceptable. I will be contacting corporate and requesting they are removed from the workplace. I highly suggest people avoid using this company as they clearly have no respect for women and are poorly managed. Disgusting behaviour.

Rob is fully dedicated to making our UniFirst experience the best it can be. We can not speak highly enough of him and look forward to seeing him every Thursday. It is a good company move to have him training new employees as he has incredible work ethic and exceptional customer service skills. Both rare gems in the workforce today. He is friendly and builds a rapport with every single employee he comes in contact with. There is not one person here who doesn't know and like him. UniFirst is lucky to have his commitment to there company. He is worth his weight in gold! It would make us, at Stream Flo Industries(Brooks), extremely happy to hear he has received a raise.
