My mom and I got our eyelashes done by Jade and she is very professional, talented, pays a lot of attention to details, and is very gentle in the process. Her pricing is also reasonable for the high quality work she does. We receive so many compliments on our fluffy lashes and their retention. We love how her new studio is fresh and calming. We highly recommend Jade and we can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing! Jade goes above and beyond for her clients. She has always been able to fit me in, even on short notice. Her work is flawless! The salon is always so clean and so beautiful. Definitely one of the best salons in Nanaimo❤️ Highly recommend

Do not book with Angela , I had an appointment booked for 2 weeks ,she had to confirm it and accept it. She than messages me at 6 am 4 days before and says sorry I can't do your lashes that day I needed day off. Than texts come Friday I say sorry I work all week ,so she says come Sunday. My daughter who had an appt at 9 am gets a text 15 minutes before appointment asking her to come at 930 instead and than 5 minutes later cancels altogether. Terrible customer service we have booked with a new lash tech and have had incredible communication!!!!

Jade and all the ladies that work at this salon are extremely professional and work with a high degree of precision. Jade has been doing my lashes for over 2 years now and each set is better than the last. The salon is clean, comfortable and has a great vibe. Gucci Beauty Bar is always the place I recommend when asked where I get my lashes done. I’ll never go any place else ♥️

I can't recommend Jade and Nina highly enough!Jade never fails to give me a beautiful set of hybrid lashes! Additionally, Jade has been extremely accommodating to ensure I'm comfortable despite my disability!Nina has never failed to make my eyebrows look on point! Nina also gave me a beautiful set of gel nails!Their store is beautifully set up, and always feels clean. They are always friendly, and professional!

i’ve been getting lashes done by jade for some time now, i’m pleased to say that she’s always done an amazing job and always manages to give me the style of lashes i ask for. she’s extremely kind and open minded and always makes sure she can make room for clients that work for their schedule. all the lash/nail techs working here are very nice and professional, while managing to keep casual and close relationships between themselves and their clients. #getyourlashesdonehere
