So where do I start. Our company had hired this company to pick up our staff at our Barrie Branch to take to the city on July 27 for the Blue Jays game. Well pick up time was supposed to be 12:30pm we waited for an hour before we had to call to find out where the mini coach bus was. Of course we get an excuse there was an accident everyone has traffic reports on their phones no accident anywhere on any of the highways. Told bus would be there in 15 minutes now its 1:45pm game we are supposed to be at starts at 3:00pm where the rest of our company is waiting for us. Then this old prison bus pulls into the yard we are like are you kidding. Driver is miserable not even a hello to anyone. So the nightmare begins. He first pulls out onto on coming traffic horns are blaring at us!!! We have just left our pick up at our branch. Not more than 10 minutes on the 400 Hwy he is swerving from lane to lane have to ask him to slow down and to keep it straight. We are now wondering if this driver even had a license to drive!!!! He continues to be honked as we get to about hwy 7 and he decides to erratically lane change and we almost get side swiped by a transport. Oh it gets better we merge onto the 401 we get about 2 km and traffic in front of us comes to a complete stop and the bus starts to accelerate faster heading towards the stop traffic!!! I HAD YELL STOP!!!!!!!!!!!to the driver or he would have plowed into the car in front of us. Everyone went flying forward phones and purses thrown every where and my daughter was slammed against the seat into a plastic handle bruising her arm. At this point everyone on the bus was terrified and I had it with this driver. I went up and told him to either pay attention to the road or pull over and we are going to call another bus in. He yells he has got this!!!! Seriously you don't have this. And the swerving and honking never stopped all the way to the Rogers Center. Not only did we get mislead to what we where supposed to have for a enjoyable ride to the game we had all our families lives in jeopardy with a driver who was falling asleep or something or inexperienced. Not sure if the company realizes how dangerous and the severity of this was as they where not there but I sure hope that this driver and this prison bus is never ever again on the road. This was not a coach bus in any shape or form. Old worn out seats as you can see in the picture plywood in the windows and stereo didn't even work on this piece of junk. It was hell on wheels and never been more scared with someone driving. What ever you do DON'T EVER USE THESE GUYS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Such a con job!!!!!!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves you could have killed my family and others you have no idea how close we came numerous times to being in major crashes on a trip from Barrie to Toronto and back. The tour from Niagara Falls to Toronto, the bus driver is a crazy and unprofessional person, he keeps yelling at everyone. He did not say hello, keeps horn at any cars on freeway. I think his prev job was a car racer. He missed his prev job so much. I even see he pulled his middle finger when another car cut him. We got a very good experience with that trip, like an action movie on Toronto freeway. Thanks to Gallexy Tour, 1 star.

I recently travelled with Gallexy Tours, for the first time. I hopped off the bus and immedietly realized that my cell phone had slipped out of my pocket.I was very stressed & starting to think I would never see my phone again. The folks at Gallexy Tours were extremly professional. They located the exact bus that I was on - and found my phone! It had fallen behind the seat! Nate (a manager at Gallexy) really went above & beyond for me! The Head Office is quite far for me to travel. He met me at a subway station, and personally delivered my phone to me. I don't have enough praise for Nate & the kind folks at Gallexy. They went out of their way to ease my mind. I highly reccommend Gallexy Tours to anyone. They are professional & beyond caring. They have great pricing & so many daily trips - compared to their competitors. Their buses and washroom facilities were immaculate. I had more leg room than any other bus. Many of their buses are equipped with outlets - to charge your devices - on the go! I've travelled with Mega Bus before & felt like I was crammed into my seat - rubbing the person next to me! Not a pleasurable way to travel! I will choose Gallexy for my future travel. Friendly staff & drivers - and I feel safe travelling with such a caring, professional company!Thank you Nate!!! Today we toke Flixbus, the bus driver from galaxy tour. picked us up at 10:30 from Niagara Falls to Toronto (bus number 2704/8am) he was kind person and funny. He started to greet us and put us in our seat, he told us few rules then we start to move, he was very professional kind and happy he was SO HAPPY IN THE TRAFFIC! He didn’t care that there was so much traffic he said as long as I get you folks safe and sound to Niagara Falls then I am happy!I wish I got his nameHe asked his to give our thought to improve their servicesI honestly don’t think he needs to improve he is greatCan’t wait to take Flixbus again next year when I am back to Canada

Today my friend and I took the Flix bus from the stc to Ottawa in the morning and the driver was very professional, friendly and very polite. The ride was very smooth. Will definitely ride again with this company.

Took the trial 1:30pm flixbus from Ottawa to Scarborough and I loved the time for this. Got back in the evening not too late. Keep this time please for the future!!

On bus #2705 from Kitchen to Toronto bus terminal. The bus driver does not placed your luggage in the spot under the bus. This happened to me when I was coming up to Kitchener this weekend 14-16th April . Can you please tell your drivers that THIS is a customer service thing not the paid customer . Never taken g this way again. I am sure train is better.

My Flixbus tour was operated by this company and it was a very unpleasant experience. Not sure if the bus is theirs but the bus smelled terrible (washroom wasn't clean), it didn't have the promised free wifi (or any WiFi) and seats are not assigned (even if you pay extra online). No soap in the bathroom either. Pros: the bus departed on time and the driver was very friendly.

Please keep the 1:30 Ottawa- 3:40 Kingston trip!! Super convenient for students getting home which make up the vast majority of customers based on my experiences. Other times are either way too early or way too late for us. Keep the schedule, thank you!
