We purchased the basic package ($159) for duct cleaning, and replaced the furnace filter with a new one after they were done. Ten days later we still have more dust settling inside the house than before cleaning. It seems that all that was done is to loosen the dust in the ducts, which is then blown into the home for days after. We were pleased with their last duct cleaning, but quite disappointed this time.

I have tried like 6 different cleaning furnace companies during the last 10 years. Martha and Fredy were wonderful when cleaning my furnace. They notified me when they were on their way, showed up when they said they would, and actually cleaned my furnace (Unlike other companies that just show up and try to up sale). Fredy recommended the disinfectant package as I have two dogs, and when I said that I would rather get it next it kindly agree and said he would make a note of it for next time.Will definitely be using their services again.

I used an ad on kijiji to schedule an appointment that offered the service for around $160 for duct cleaning.I told the woman on the phone I wanted this service. Two workers came and worked. When they were done, I ended up paying about $350, because they did all sorts of work that nobody ever requested and asked for.I did not ask for hvac or air conditioner cleaning to be cleaned, nor did I ask for filter replacing. I am hoping someone can call me to sort this out, because this is an unacceptable business practice.There was a language barrier issue with the woman booking the appointment, and again with the people servicing my home. It took miming and repetition just to have the question “how many ducts are you cleaning?” answered.I literally paid over twice the advertised price, and I paid for things I never wanted touched, and I am not very happy about that.If they would like to have an honest individual call me to refund me for services I did not request, I would be willing to take down my critique, but until then I must discourage all from using this business. I tried using the “contact us” on their website, but all I get are errors. In one week I will file a complaint with the better business bureau as well.

Fredy and his employees did a wonderful job, very professional, floors were covered and all vents and ducts covered while cleaning furnace and air-condition to prevent dusty air, all registers were cleaned inside and out. I have been getting my furnace cleaned for many years I have not seen any company yet covering up vents and putting down floor covers to protect your home, AIRES are the first. Thank you

They are professional and efficient. This was the second time I've used this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They were upfront with all costs so there was no surprises. Customer service and friendliness was A+.
