Kyles Landscapes

I called Wade for an estimate, he shows up, does his estimate and said he'd drop it off later and never did. Called him, emailed him and despite of multiple requests, I never got my estimate. He totally wasted my time. He was the only company during that period of time that I had contacted for an estimate. In my opinion, this company is a TOTAL JOKE.

Wade and his team did a great job with my yard and he charged reasonable price for the work. He did some grading, soil spread, mulch, sod laying, lawn edging install, trenching for sprinkler install, landscape fabric and tree planting. I bought my own supplies and just had Wade do the labor. He did in 2 days what would have taken me the whole summer so overall, I am happy with his teams work!

Kyles Landscapes was professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They did a fantastic job and I have already recommended them to my family, friends and neighbors.Dom T

We hired Kyles Landscapes to do our grass, river rock, and a patio. Everything went fairly well until the laying of the sod. The sod they had delivered was yellow and dry. It had no green color whatsoever. I told them this sod is horrible and should be returned. They said it will take, no problem. After a week of watering which was a complete waste, the grass was still yellow. They agreed to replace the grass in the front, the back was iffy. The next day we arrived at home where the sod had been replaced with other sod , barely a hint of green(once again old sod). We watered again, it rained, but within three days the sod was going yellow again. We contacted Kyles, he came by, had a look said it will take. He told us to water and give it a couple of weeks. At this time he asked for the remainder of what we owe. Before we paid him we expressed our concerns about the condition of the sod and asked him if there are any issues would he be back to fix the sod. He told us no problem. it is now almost two months since the sod was laid. The back yard is 80% weeds.The front has taken but all edges of sod are open with weeds coming up. We pulled a garbage bag full of weeds. We have tried contacting kyles landscape but he has not returned our calls. He took our money and ran. He used sod that was days old sitting out in the hot sun, and because of this the weeds took over the unhealthy sod. If anyone deals with this company hold onto your money until you are satisfied with the job.
