Phoned up and spoke to employee yesterday to book beard trim. Walked there today for appointment only to be told they currently do not do beard trims, despite them verbally booking me in for one. A wasted trip. Disappointed

I had the worst haircut of my life here, I was Explained and showed the example of the hair cut I want . But they just cut it as worse , I was supposed to go the Concert but I canceled it. In the past 25 years. I am really disappointed.

I have been to The Blackcomb Barber Shoppe" twice in as many years while visiting Whistler over the holidays and have received poor service and outrageous pricing on both occasions.On my most recent visit I was particularly disappointed with the service I received. I was the only customer at the shop and as I entered the door three employees were in a deep conversation. One large red-headed man sat me in his chair as the conversation between the others continued. He asked me what I would like done to my hair

My son wanted to shave his head to support his friend going through chemo treatment. Jon, the Barber was professional, engaging and great with my son. THEN he donated his cut towards this big gesture of support. Truly amazing and appreciated!

Great barber shop just outside of the village! Quick to make appointments since it’s not located around all the staff accommodations. Really nice staff and welcoming, you’ll always get asked if you’d like tea when you walk in, even if it’s 30 degrees!
