The whole time I was in there one of the senior staff members was maskless, while also complaining how she was worried she was getting really sick. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

DOES NOT ENFORCE COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS - My daughter went into the store on Boxing day. She dealt with a sales rep that was not wearing a mask and was extremely vocal about the fact that no one could tell her what to do. I have NO guarantee that this is related, but two days later my daughter had COVID, then we all got it. When I addressed this concern with Bentley head office, they responded appropriately. Yesterday I noted that the same woman was still working there. NO THANK YOU. It would appear that ignoring safety protocols are not top priority at this location.

Wide selection of suitcases, backpacks, dufflebags, handbags, purses, wallets, and lunchbags at times even laptop cases. They usually have good deals for back to school shopping, but not so many at other times of year. No loyalty program.

It’s a bunch of KARENs working there!!!!! I’ve gone in multiple times looking for a new purse and not once was I acknowledge as a customer. Terrible service!!!!! Because there wasn’t any!!!

I bought a wallet there about a week ago, not a cheap place to shop, the wallet is not user friendly, I asked to return it, but because I didn't have the paper receipt they wouldn't accept it, I had the debit on my banking info o my phone and the wouldn't accept it.who uses paper records any more?
