Don’t get insurance from them very unprofessional. If u want to cancel policy they will not answer you and your account will still be debited even if you inform them a month in advance. You have to jump through hoops to get your money back and cancel your policy. Don’t EVER GET INSURANCE FROM THEM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I called my broker Nameet Aggarwal at least 3 times but no response. When he wanted business he would pick the call. But since he came to know that Iam cancelling he stopped picking my call. Their customer service is terrible they will not allow you to speak and hung up on me.For cancelling the policy they told me to send a signed letter 14 days in advance. My policy renews on 21 March and I sent them email signed on 27 th Feb. still not cancelled and debited from account. Just terrible service.

I am a customer who truly appreciate there service and totally satisfied.Debbie Shore is amazing she makes life easy for me as soon as I contact her my issue is resolved she calls and makes sure my issue is solved. I am here evaluating the brokerage i deal with not my insurance company which is not bad so far

I'm a long time customer of HUB over 10 years. I had an infuriating experience recently. My monthly payment is withdrawn through my credit card automatically. My insurance company did not withdraw last September's payment with no reason. I did nothing wrong. And they withdrew the payment in last October with additional $100 late fee. I contacted my broker. He told me that there was some mistake in his side. He promised to reimburse the $100 late fee. However, nothing happened until now. It has passed overr 4 months from then. They always repeat Wait more." I'm very upset about this company. It is dishonest. It is a swindler. I advise against connecting this company."

Agent service is atrocious.If you need to cancel or modify or upgrade service and they have switched you from a broker to a group of brokers. Get out now!Took me 3 months to cancel insurance with them simply because they wouldn't pick up the phone.Was also trying to get home insurance through them for 6 months and no response.Secretary ended up escalating the issue and I finally managed to cancel.Only to find out I got pre charged for August insurance even though they said it was cancelled.And they will not refund the money.Run run run if you can!

I had a great experience dealing with Sarah at this location. Friendly, professional service and very quick to respond to any questions or issues.With my previous insurer, I’d wait hours to talk to someone and get nowhere with them.Very happy I switched.

I have heard negative things about HUB international from facebook groups. I had the recent displeasure of dealing with an advisor named Flavia at this location. Never have I dealt with someone so abrasive. I'm not a HUB International customer but after my experience with one of their advisors" I will never be a customer here. I was treated like I wasn't worth the time of day just because I wasn't a policy holder. Now I know first hand that this is not a brokerage you want to handle your insurance needs. I needed auto insurance and Sarah Brown was recommended to me by two of my friends that are VERY hard to impress. They could not speak more highly of her, so I knew I had to reach out. From our first conversation, I could see why she won my friends over - she is AMAZING!!! Not only is she a fantastic broker that got me great coverage for my new car, but she is super nice and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients. She was super responsive/knowledgable and made things very simple for me. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a broker. I have been an auto insurance and property insurance client of Hub for decades. Rarely have to call in. Changing address this week, I have been left on hold for hours. No one has called me back after leaving my number on the system on four different dates. Left a message with receptionist and no call back. Left a message on Hub's Facebook messenger and got a note that they are going to call me back. Zero contact. There is no way to get hold of this broker.Stay away from these folks. They have no customer service.

We dealt directly withGigi from Hub. She's been very patient and helpful with our home and auto policy switch! We saved a fair amount of money this year, and have the identical coverage as our old policy.She was a great help, hard working, and really nice to deal with!
